1) There is an electronic queue, but it is made through one place. There is no order. I have P042, and my name is PO61 conditionally. People are shocked, they think that their turn has passed.
2) Everything was filled out, an application was sent to change the operator. Rejected. They asked me to go to Beeline to clarify what the problem is (of course, I have a lot of time). I asked again, did you enter everything correctly? I have no problems. They replied that everything is correct, Beeline is muddled.
3) With curses, I got to Beeline's office two days later. And interestingly, the electronic queue goes smoothly and, oh, a miracle! shows how many people are waiting for you.
4) What Beeline has always respected is the service. The operator said there were no problems, but advised her to approach the older one. The eldest, Anna, it seems, was not too lazy, rechecked everything again, called somewhere, clarified and reported that they had everything good, but the Uzmobile was messed up when the passport data was entered.
5) Arrived at the central office back. There are a lot of people, complete confusion, stuffy. I went up to that person, I say to him: A wise man, you made a mistake in filling out the campaign. And he almost cries because there's a guy standing next to him and yelling at him because his money is flying away, and the operator can't explain what the problem is. More precisely, to convey your idea.
6) Okay, I checked my data, fixed something and in 10 minutes a miracle is new! The operator has changed! That's how because of the smartness of the employee, I lost two days and 50 thousand on the road.
P.S. On the check (speedtest) Uzmobile flies, but in fact I have H+ Internet in my room. Due to poor quality, I left Beeline, but I got excited about the campaign.
Well, in 30 days, if there are no improvements, we will give you a chance to sell. But already at the service level, it became clear that Beeline may have poor quality, but the service is still on top. For 10 years and for yesterday I was convinced.
