In no case do not connect to this provider !!!!!!!pay and the Internet will work for free!!!! 1 day is working the other is not !!!!We connected the Internet the other day with Uztelecom , Everything has been paid, 3 days have passed, all Wi-Fi does not work ....... That's all))) that's their connection (( they don 't work responsibly ! I just read the reviews and everyone has the same problem every 3 days, the Internet is turned off for many!!!!!! At the moment, UZ telecom is one of the few providers that can provide high-quality but expensive Internet. But the disadvantage is that you have to visit offices because it is not possible to get a clear explanation over the phone. And so the office is guarded and the staff solved my problem very quickly.

1) A call to technical support on a short number, therefore it is paid, and you have to call often 2) If there was a problem - consider yourself caught - it is very difficult to get it solved for you, sat for a week without the Internet, calling every day and leaving applications that experts closed at their discretion 3) I paid for the optics, because I was tired of the bad Internet (yes, this often happens). I paid on Tuesday, came to put it only on Friday (!!!), and as a result, we never finished (we need to make some settings on the provider's side - there were still 2 hours of working time left, but we never finished). Today is Sunday, you call every day again - you leave a request, and nothing changes, in short, there are 0 chances that something will be done on the weekend They work as if it is not an Internet provider, but a shawarma stall: strictly according to the opening hours (although the point of an Internet provider is to provide 24/7 Internet access), if there are a couple of hours left before the end of the working day, then do not expect anything to be done or repaired

The Internet is fast for 200 thousand, but the Internet goes down every second or third day. Every time they tell me the problem is in the switchboard (switch). Every second or third day it breaks, make it already or replace this switch completely. It seems that plumbers are working there, and they can't fix the problem. They answer us, like this, in order to open a new account, you will have to pay 30 thousand again. How is that??? And that money!!! That's how they went into someone's pocket. Just nerves and money. In fact, the cable broke, it is unclear when it will be repaired, then the personal account burned down. Here's my story, think for yourself. I will also add, while we were waiting for our turn, the grandfather was yelling at the whole office that he had been walking for two weeks asking to recalculate, and they were dumping everything on Tashkent, saying that we had sent an application to the head office, we had not yet recalculated.
