Convenient location , clean office . The staff is polite, they will always prompt and help. The employees work clearly . There are fitting rooms , there is a convenient table with tools and sockets so that visitors can easily open the package and check the received goods . I recommend it!

There is no light in the department for several days in a row (everything works in the neighboring shops at the same time). Employees with flashlights are looking for things in the warehouse. There is either a crowd of people at the entrance who want to receive their orders, or no one, because employees are charging laptops so that they can issue orders. As a result, I cannot receive my parcel for the umpteenth time. There are no complaints about the staff of the department.

I understand that there may have been a glitch in the system, but the agents could have solved the issue professionally. You need to be more diplomatic with clients and ask the right questions. The impressions were unpleasant.

This PVZ has never failed! The staff is sooooo polite, which is not observed in other PVZ Uzum. It's a straight five plus! I am very pleased with the staff. I just feel a little sorry for them when the sun is burning in their eyes through the glass door! I wish they'd put some kind of film on it

The customer service is at an average level. I bought and picked up at this pick-up point. The costumers and generally the staff are not bad, but as they say, one ram spoils the whole herd. I returned the product because the seller from the site himself confused the size of the laptop bag. I returned it to the issue point, they said fill out a refund request, firstly, the money will be returned within 14 working days. Secondly, I brought the product safe and sound, I repeat safe and sound, this product was in a rag package. And the fastening rivet was swung before me, after which an employee of this branch tells me that you have spoiled the goods, they may not make a refund, to which I replied. Since when is packaging considered a commodity? Which, after unpacking the main product, is thrown into the trash. Anyway, there are 5 points for the issue, and 0 for such employees who work for you!
