The hotel is good, not bad, but not great either.
The staff is polite and friendly.
The interior is solid, even tasteful, unobtrusive and pleasant music plays in the corridors, 4 good elevators. But because of the state of everything, I want to take off the star. The hotel could have been better if it hadn't been for the worn-out furniture, which was once solid and solid. They clean it every day, but it's bad - there's dust in the corners, the walls are not washed. The linen is generally pleasant - clean, fresh, but it may have an indelible stain and this does not bother hoteliers.
Convenient location, a little more than 100 meters from the sea, the beach is clean, but without cabins, sun beds, toilets and showers. But there is a great Umbrella beach nearby, where everything is available and a wholesale and retail supermarket Bismi.
There is a safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, kettle (tea, coffee, dry cream, water, replenished daily) TV with 30+ channels, but with terrible broadcast quality and no music channels.

I liked the hotel! Convenient location, the beach is nearby, nearby shopping centers and attractions are within walking distance, for example: (Fujairah Fort is less than an hour on foot).
The beach across the street is clean and sparsely populated.
We arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock, checked in and fed immediately. The room was given with a view of the mountains and the sea.
The staff throughout the hotel was pleasant, there were no comments.
The room was cleaned every day. The windows open in the room.
The only thing is that the monotonous food quickly began to get boring, but for us it was not a problem since we are not picky about food. And there are many cafes nearby.

In terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel is quite consistent with the money paid. A modern hotel on the beach, (though across a 6-lane road) attentive friendly staff, solving almost all issues, a decent room, a comfortable bed, a TV with smart TV, a bathroom with everything you need (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion), a hair dryer. Disposable slippers are also available on request. Free safe, iron, smart Internet in the room (also without extra charges, unlike in Turkey, for example) A decent breakfast buffet, without frills, but without poisoning, etc.
Of the minuses, the beach across the street is wild, you can't hide from the sun, you can't take a shower. The hotel does not use its proximity to the sea - neither from the restaurant, nor from the room, nor from the pool on the 19th floor there is a normal view of the sea.
