The studio is well equipped, has all the necessary equipment and appliances. The prices are very high, for such an amount I would like to study with professional and experienced teachers.
During the trial lesson, I was outraged that the teacher Alexandra immediately began to call me by "you", without my consent, she never addressed me by name. Also in the class with me was a woman with whom we had completely different goals and abilities. I spent an hour just to listen to what I already know (at the beginning of the lesson, I said that I went to music school and I've been singing since kindergarten). If I were the administrator, during the call before the lesson, I would clarify whether the person has any experience in the field of music, so that later there would not be 2 people in the trial lesson, where one has no hearing, and the second has to listen to a lecture, where everything is clear to him as two and two.
I was also disappointed by the fact that you can't take less than 10 classes for a subscription. That is, I can't go to different teachers once and pay for these times—you need to take a subscription for at least 10 classes. In my opinion, the price of the lesson does not match its quality.

This is the most important thing for self-development, because the atmosphere here is pleasant and friendly, you can make friends with the same students. In addition, administrators will always prompt everything, teachers are patient, kind, vocal, real masters of their craft. When I came here for a trial session last year, I realized that this is the perfect place, and I don't regret it. Now I go to every class with some ideas of my own, it's a celebration for me. There is all the necessary equipment, the lighting is great, and everything else is basically fine too. You can also participate in so-called parties, karaoke nights, but you will be reminded about this. As for the prices, I would say that it's a bit expensive, of course, but it doesn't bother. The only wish is maybe more studios where classes are held, or something. This is my suggestion. As it is, everything is excellent.

After that, I wanted to come again, I went to class with pleasure, I liked the teacher Alla, we found a common language, shared songs, together we picked up a plan according to which we would teach me, I liked Alla's approach to my proposal, I never sang or thought I was lucky to look in this direction, I was lucky to visit the black room and the green room, I liked the black room, I also liked the location of the school, it takes about 3 to 4 minutes to walk from Sovetskaya Square, they always greet me at the entrance with warm words, tea, sweets, suggestions for lessons, they make concessions, in my case they allowed the payment to be made in 2 stages, there is also an official telegram group, where everyone shares their video tutorials, supports initiatives, generally a good approach, thanks for the school and a competent teacher, in my case I speak for Alla!!!
