I rented a tent. The tent leaked in the rain. I had to spend the night in the car for the second day. I wanted to negotiate a partial compensation for 1 day that I slept in the car. Provided a photo. The rental office said that it cannot flow because it is a premium tent and there can be no question of any compensation. It's not even about compensation - it's about the approach to the client. I've used this rental car all the time before. Apparently it was the last time.
