There used to be a wonderful pick-up point, the men who worked there always helped. The last time I arrived, the new seller apparently said carry it yourself, I'm sorry, you can't lift such a weight in a position, and in principle it's hard for a woman to lift such a weight. Not a foot in there after that. Well done at tsnyanka, they will always help. But not here. There is zero customer orientation!
