We decided to open a card in this bank, we did not download the application in advance, and there was no Internet. We did not ask for an additional password for the application, and the manager who opened the card to us did not say anything about it. In general, she was very unfriendly, it is clear that it was a burden for her to open the card. When we were there, a representative of Pegasus brought Russian clients, from each client for assistance in accompanying the opening of the card, they additionally asked for 200 bucks, plus payment to the bank for opening the card of 2000 lira. We only paid the bank, which is probably why the manager was extremely unhappy.
