We ordered a bouquet for mom's anniversary. The time and date were agreed upon two weeks in advance. As a result, the flowers were not delivered at the right time, the holiday was ruined, the surprise did not work out. The next day, no one even called, she called and found out when the flowers would be delivered. I previously asked to send a photo of the bouquet - the design was terrible, as if it wasn't a specialist who designed it, but someone wrapped it in plain paper in a hurry. Although initially paid for the decoration by a florist, which is more expensive than regular packaging. I wrote to have the design redone, sent an approximate photo. There was no feedback. After a while, the courier brought a bouquet that did not meet expectations, the tastelessness is complete. For the money that was paid, it's just a SHAME. I do not advise anyone to contact this company - the holiday, mood and impression will be spoiled, money thrown away. There are no specialists in the company who do their job in good faith.
