Only one disadvantage is that sometimes the service is not very good. The order will be accepted and ... as a family, we sit and carry not as it should be, but a salad to one, then after 10 minutes another dish, then after 10 minutes another dish and it turns out. One has eaten and is looking at the other... This is not right, everywhere if they bring it to everyone, or you sit and wait for your dish. Or I ordered everything at once and the dessert and dessert were brought immediately without asking. And then how to eat fish?....
Here, you need to train the staff a little!!!
And then the Germans came to visit us, they also said: a good restaurant, the cuisine is also good, but not the right service!!!

The work of the staff does not leave much to be desired, but should be radically revised by the owners of the institution.The girls working on the "veranda" from the word do not pay attention at all to customers who have already received an order.The napkins were never removed.To order anything else, it took a long time to attract the attention of the staff.
Even more memorable was the trip to the "ladies' room", which was found by the bright smell of chlorine.

11.07.2022 the family visited this institution. The atmosphere, the interior is interesting (replicas of paintings by a famous artist add their own flavor), disposes for a quiet family dinner, there is a romantic note. The staff is polite and friendly. They bring water right away, it's summer after all, and it was needed. Everyone can find something of their own in the menu. There is a special menu for children and the dishes are decorated in a children's style. We didn't order alcohol, but the choice is not bad.
The order was not waited for long, about 25-30 minutes. The dishes are decorated well. But!!! I was unlucky, there was a microworm in my ravioli on the microgrip, a real white wiggling worm!!! The dish was of course taken away the receptionist apologized: "The replay was not watched. We will exclude your dish from the receipt. Do you want to cook a new dish of the same kind, or will you order something else?"
My appetite and evening were completely ruined for me, I didn't want to order anything and eat at all. But in order not to spoil the mood of my loved ones and a joint evening with my family, I ordered myself just a hamburger.
The hamburger may have been good, but I didn't enjoy it, because I spent the whole evening looking at the plates of my children and my wife to see if something was moving in them and in me, of course, too.
Desserts are not bad, I was born in the USSR, I really love the Kievsky cake, it's really good there, but the Carrot cake is on an average level and there is only a sponge cake of carrot such as it should be, and the rest of the ingredients are the imagination of the pastry chef.
The result is this: of course, we will not come here for the next few years, as there will be unpleasant memories in our heads.1 Star for the interior, 2 for dessert and minus 3 for a spoiled evening.
