There is no service at all! If you plan to host an event here, make sure to confirm your reservation. The manager, Syuzi, might call you to say there was a double booking and suggest changing your event date. The food portions are too small, and the kitchen is poor. During the event, you need someone from your side to ensure that every table is properly served. There are no waiters available, so you'll have to find them and ask multiple times for assistance. We had broken plates on the floor for an hour before they were finally cleaned by our showman. Despite the beautiful setting, the poor management is very disappointing.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would give this particular rating. We celebrated a wedding in this institution, which is difficult to call it that. To begin with, less than 10 days before the wedding, the dubious organizer Suzy told us that she had given the date to another holiday, and offered to hold our celebration on another day. Everything was terrible, from their organization and running of the holiday to the service and food. Tiny portions, not designed for the number of people, although when discussing the menu, the employees claimed that we order a decent amount and their portions are enough! Terrible waiters, who seemed to be at such an event for the first time, who did not know the standards of service and refused many requests from guests. It is people who create the atmosphere at the festival and it is the service that literally does not exist that plays an important role. If you want to spoil your holiday and experience a sense of disappointment, then you should definitely visit this place
