Master Tatiana came stoned. I coped very quickly, the whole job lasted 15 minutes. I got a haircut far from the one I asked for. She replied to my complaints that the barbershop has completely different equipment. I'm not completely happy with the haircut. It costs 20p for such a haircut. I estimate the work of a specialist at 10-12 rubles and then in the most ordinary and far from visited barbershop!

God, it's so nice when you are served by young, but very experienced craftsmen, and they serve you WELL! I went to cut the tips and bangs, got to the master Alina.This is a miracle master! Polite, pleasant, neat and very experienced, despite her youth! :) I will definitely come to her again! As a result, I decided that it was also time to update my hair color. On Wednesday, May 24, I did a coated manicure in vanilla. The master does everything neatly, beautifully, but sooo long - about three hours. On the phone, they announced to me the amount of ~ 35 rubles. As a result, with STRENGTHENING - 45 rubles. And this is a normal practice. It is abnormal that already on May 25, 2 nails were broken. Maybe because, in fact, only 1 was strengthened?
It's scary to think how much longer my manicure would have lasted and cost if everything had been strengthened!
And it would be possible to end there, but... After sitting for almost 3 hours in a windowless room, I came out with tired eyes. When paying for the service, I made a mistake, gave a bill of 100 rubles instead of 10 rubles, as well as 20, 10 and 5, believing that I was giving without change. She quickly discovered the loss and returned to the salon. The administrator began to convince me that everything was right, but no assistance was provided to me. Nobody checked the cash register in front of me. I don't know if there are cameras there, but no one turned to them (if there are) either.
I was also refused to resolve the issue with the management of the salons!
As a result, my manicure, which lasted exactly a day, cost me 135 rubles. Although no one gave me a check for 45 rubles!!

If we talk about the appearance of the barbershop itself, then it is very clean, bright and cozy. The masters are always new, I consider this a small disadvantage, because sometimes they come across, let's say, not the best specialists, they can do their job poorly. I also want to add a personal opinion about one situation: there was a rather boorish woman, she records clients and answers calls. It was unpleasant to hear the irritation in her voice, as if I was some kind of, excuse me, fool. There would be fewer such employees.

The child was terribly cut, it was requested to slightly trim the tips and bangs along the eyebrow , the result : bangs are unknown where, all hair is " rigidly " profiled , cut almost to zero. I suggest calling it "Improvisation" since the client's wishes are not taken into account. We will not contact you anymore.
