My review includes, as far as possible, an objective opinion about the doctors of this clinic with whom I had a chance to deal. In general, the clinic is clean, has a friendly reception and a convenient location. I signed up for a traumatologist, Grand Andranikovich. According to the administrator, he is the only one in the entire clinic. During the examination, he tried to joke and insisted that there was nothing. I came to him with certain complaints about my knee, which was later confirmed on ultrasound. On the next visit, he read the conclusion and DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE PICTURES!and he said, "You have nothing." It followed from the conclusion that I have a small focus of inflammation and cysts (the cysts were not associated with injury, but with sports). After my insistent tone, he decided to prescribe medicine/ointment and physiotherapy courses Another negative point is the EXPECTATION! I thought at the first visit it turned out, well, it happens, but the next time it's the same. As a specialist, so-so. I applied the basic script and prescribed medications. Anna Artashkovna is a brilliant gynecologist. I recommend it, delves into the medical history, is friendly and a good specialist. It's a pity she doesn't have an ultrasound. Rating: 5+ A special feature in the clinic: Ultrasound of any organs and body parts is performed by ONE doctor. One doctor cannot be a good specialist of all parts of the body. Due to his lack of professionalism, he may not reveal the features of fashion. After all, a lot depends on the ultrasound

I went to the clinic with an emergency case (my back was seized and I couldn't move). I was booked into a neurologist on the same day, they warned me that I could wait 1.5 hours for the doctor, because I was not in the queue, but I was accepted in the first 10 minutes of waiting. I got to Astghik Sudjian (ironically, a week or two earlier I wanted to make an appointment with this neurologist, but I kept putting it off). I recommend doctors 🫶

Very good and pleasant attentive doctors. Polite staff. I can't give 5 stars, because despite recording on the phone, I still have to sit in line, the coupon number is not displayed periodically on the scoreboard, I somehow waited 40 minutes for my turn. Well, for the first time, some kind of misunderstanding happened with the operator and I made an appointment with one branch, but on the spot it turned out that there was no therapist in this branch and I was enrolled in another branch, I had to take a taxi.

I advise you to register on the 3rd floor. There are no queues at the reception. There are always queues on the ground floor. Preparation for the reception. In my case, there was always a message about the recording, but in Armenian. It is better to come some time before the appointment. The registry will record and verify the data. On each cabinet it is written which record numbers are in this cabinet with an indication of the time. It also indicates which number is currently in the office. Assistants regularly walk the corridors. who can go into the office themselves and find out if someone is there, and answer other questions. Reception. The doctors are very nice. Medications prescribed after taking them (if there is insurance) are given out right there on the ground floor, free of charge.

The insurance company cooperates with Vardanants, so I often visit this clinic. Can I recommend it? No, and no again, but, of course, it's up to everyone to decide for themselves. The only plus is pleasant doctors (I went in different directions, the impression is positive). This plus, alas, for me is completely negated by the disgusting maintenance by the operators! If you have enough nerves to go to the clinic just like that, call just like that, negotiate just like that - flag in hand. If you are also pregnant, congratulations, your worries are guaranteed. About a month (!) ago, I agreed on an examination, and a date was set. I come to the clinic: "No, you made a mistake, you are not registered with us today. The nearest free time is in 2 weeks." Well, I'll be back in 2 weeks. And the situation repeats itself! "There is no record, we can record you for another day." I agreed and asked them to send me at least some kind of confirmation (by email or SMS). They promised to send me a message - there is no message. I call the clinic (of course, waiting about 5-10 minutes each time for an answer), they promise to send me a confirmation before 9 o'clock. I call again at 8, they promise to send a confirmation before 10 o'clock. I'm calling at 9 - the operators' working day is over. Of course, there is no SMS. It is not known how to make plans for the day when appointments are constantly changing at the clinic. At the 7th month of pregnancy, in the June heat, there is no desire to go to the center once again without any confirmation of the recording, as well as nerves - everything is spent on "conversations" with the staff, who constantly "loses" my records from the computer and redirects calls to other specialists. Regarding visits to doctors, there is also a minus: even if you are scheduled, for example, at 13.30, it is likely that you will have to wait in line and you will get to the doctor later. My conclusion is that even qualified and polite doctors are not worth the constant hassle, especially if you have to take time off from work to go to them.

Disgusting attitude towards customers! They make you wait 1.5 hours and it's not free medicine. Merchants, not a clinic. The main thing is to earn more, but I don't care about customers! It's just a shame. The doctors are mediocre, they look important, but they haven't solved the problem. Everything was explained, tests were prescribed, including even an analysis for vitamin d (doctors never prescribed it, as a result there was a very strong deficiency). My husband had an intestinal examination under anesthesia, he also says that everything went at the highest level.
