Cool Varka!
We returned there several times during our visit to Minsk, it is clean, cozy, "delicious", drinks and desserts, the main dishes are excellent
The first visit was especially impressive, because the very polite baristas came across, the order (coffee and sweets) was quickly delivered, the cooking advertised on Grushevka does not reach the level of this place in terms of service and interior.
One wish is to bring more curd rings.

The cafe has a twofold feeling.
It all depends on the shift, one day awesome guys, sociable and positive, everything is fast and pleasant, the other day they made coffee for me for 15 minutes, I was already late everywhere. This is despite the fact that it was morning and I was alone in the cafe. The coffee is delicious, and so are the pastries.

The coffee shop is good, they make good coffee, I come here very often, since I live nearby, but 2 times I faced aggressive sales when they couldn't just leave me alone and sold pastries, although I clearly repeated twice during the coffee order that I only needed coffee, but barista Valeria apparently decidedThat she didn't hear it and they tried to sell me a lemon tartlet for a very long time. I tried to make fun of it, of course, but it's not very pleasant, to be honest, when they sell you so much what you don't want. I also asked the second girl to add a little more syrup to my latte, as it turned out to be bitter to my taste, which they looked at me strangely, were surprised at my request, but eventually added, but I still did not understand why I was making a dissatisfied face. Of course, I waited for the coffee to cool down, but superheated milk is not the main disadvantage, the double portion of espresso that was added felt like just water
Please note that the staff, first of all, should perform their duties normally, and not sing songs at work, since I could pour such water into my cup and at home from a hot tap

It's a great place.
It's nice to drink coffee, have a snack with an average croissant, take a break from the hustle and bustle by looking out the huge windows.
One of the best Brews in my opinion, lots of space, smart baristas, quiet and cozy.
But as with all Brews, I would like more edibles and more cheerful desserts.

When asked if this position is not on the menu, why it is impossible to punch as simply American, the employees claimed that they were trained that way. I wrote to the book of complaints and suggestions, it's been a few weeks, I still haven't even been contacted. The service system and the quality of the coffee does not reach the minimum of the grid.

The atmosphere is cool and there are a lot of free places. But barista Alesya dropped a disposable glass and put it next to the clean ones. Not all people take the lid and someone will have to touch the glass with their lips, which was lying on the floor. I think this is not hygienic as much as possible. I'm not sure she threw it away even after I asked. It is sad from this attitude, since the cost of one glass is small. I went to this cooking often, now I won't.

Are the owners even aware that this is illegal? Different situations may happen and money may not be with you. Why is the guest put in a position where you need to ask to go to the toilet (there is a key with a password on the door)? My opinion is that the interior of the establishment is cherry! More than half of the Minsk coffee shops in the World are rooms similar to a corridor or an old entrance, in which there is little natural light, because of this you do not want to be there.
