I work nearby and sometimes I go there for coffee or dessert.
At first, everything seemed to be fine, but then something happened to the staff.
Let's start point by point:
1. Dry croissants, constantly
2. The face of the barista, they are always unhappy that you came to them and distracted them from the phone
3. Situation: I walk up to the coffee shop, there's an ad on the door that closes at 13:00, we open at 15:00, I look at the clock at 12:53, I think okay, I'm not going to drink coffee, I'm just going to take dessert with me.
I walk in and the barista doesn't greet me, but just shakes his head silently.
I say, may I? She immediately said, "No, we're not working." I reply that they still have 7 minutes of work and I won't take coffee, just dessert with me.
She replies that no, you can't, and she's just a substitute and it's time for her to leave already.
In short, I'm not going there anymore.

Excellent staff and interior.
Delicious coffee, cappuccino just makes you smile in the morning, and teas relax in the evening.
The service is pleasant and courteous. Everything is clean and pleasing to the eye.

I recently discovered a cozy coffee shop [Varka Coffe on Yakub Kolas], and now I just can't resist sharing my delight!
There is an incredible atmosphere of comfort here, you want to sit for hours enjoying fragrant coffee and delicious pastries.
Croissants are simply divine! Tender, crispy, with an ideal filling - exactly what you need for a pleasant morning or afternoon snack.
☕️ Coffee is a separate song here. The aroma is in the air, and the taste is just incredible! I tried several varieties, and each one pleased me with its unique character.
And, of course, it is impossible not to mention the excellent staff. They are polite, attentive and always ready to help with the choice of drinks and pastries.
🌟 I recommend this coffee shop to anyone who is looking for a place to spend a pleasant time with a cup of coffee and delicious pastries! 🌟
