I recently discovered a cozy coffee shop [Varka Coffe on Yakub Kolas], and now I just can't resist sharing my delight!
There is an incredible atmosphere of comfort here, you want to sit for hours enjoying fragrant coffee and delicious pastries.
Croissants are simply divine! Tender, crispy, with an ideal filling - exactly what you need for a pleasant morning or afternoon snack.
☕️ Coffee is a separate song here. The aroma is in the air, and the taste is just incredible! I tried several varieties, and each one pleased me with its unique character.
And, of course, it is impossible not to mention the excellent staff. They are polite, attentive and always ready to help with the choice of drinks and pastries.

Yesterday's walk for coffee was not a success. At 18:40 we approached the institution, and lo and behold: there was no one inside at all. No visitors, no staff. I didn't know that self-service coffee shops now look like this. Take what I want, you can make coffee for yourself, just don't forget to put the money in the cash register. We waited, and no one appeared on the horizon. It was decided to go to an institution around the corner. We spent about two hours there, after which we decided to check the cooking. It has not changed: the doors are open, there are no people, there are no staff. Please take action
Updated: today, 23.09 I wanted to have coffee in the morning. The opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. At 8:45 a.m. the coffee shop was closed.

I really love the vark coffee chain, I visit my favorite three points, but today I found myself near the institution on kolosa 37 and went there. The coffee (ice latte) was made quickly, I didn't even have time to look around - it's probably +. But they did it with such a face, as if they had to tear themselves away from the phones and go to the counter. They didn't even ask if I use the app, although they do it in every cooking. The impressions of the visit are so-so, although I can't say anything bad about coffee.

In general, I've never liked the Vark coffee shop chain, but I really wanted to eat and decided to run in quickly. For Colas, I ordered a croissant with ham and pesto sauce and a matcha. The girl brought me the order, and I see that there is no pesto sauce in the croissant, although I remember exactly that I asked for a croissant with it. I checked the menu, everything is correct. I ask the girl, they say, where's the sauce. And she decided to make a fool of herself and asked "What kind of sauce?". I say pesto. To which I get an answer – and it's over!
Could I have warned you when I ordered? Why didn't I get my favorite sauce for the price of a full-fledged dish? If I hadn't been in a hurry and didn't want to eat so much, I would have immediately demanded a book of complaints and a refund, because this is absolutely out of the question. Or is it a normal practice in a coffee shop not to report the ingredients? Moreover, they also do not know how to cook drinks, like last times, like this one. Result. The matcha was poorly cooked, no sauce was put in the simplest croissant. I won't go into the coffee shop chain anymore.

I decided to visit one of my favorite coffee shops in honor of the opening, it turns out that the pay as much as you want campaign was taking place, no one wanted to say about it, the barista at the checkout was rude, they didn't ask about the application, the windows were dirty, the price tags were in disarray, I can understand that most likely on the opening day it was hard for the guys because of the flow of people.
