At the beginning of December, we celebrated the anniversary of a friend in this institution, the first thing that attracted us was the hospitable meeting of the administrator Natalia, the girl met, spent the whole evening asking all the guests if we were comfortable, it is clear that work brings pleasure, actually what kind of administrator, the same service staff, all active, hardworking and sensitive. The table was set by pre-order with Natalia, by our arrival everything was already fully set, then everything was brought promptly, the food was delicious, the portions were excellent. I definitely recommend Branded liqueurs to everyone, as in other things and this institution, in this shift, considering what I saw. 10/10 rating.

All the ordered dishes were not delivered to us, because the waiter simply forgot about them, remembered only when we had already asked for the bill and she saw them typed in the receipt. To be calculated, they waited for more than 20 minutes, and without waiting, they just left the money and left, and they still stood near the summer terrace for another 15 minutes, even no one bothered to take the money, there was a desire to leave with them for such service.

The story of the customer approach in the restaurant. I was at this restaurant with my family at 17.10 today. The waiter served (a girl, I don't remember the name). Everything would be fine until it came to desserts. I have 2 children, the youngest is 1 year old and he is allergic to dairy products. When the elder was ordered ice cream, they asked for something non-stop for the younger, there was nothing on the menu. That's not the sadness. The menu has a bunch of everything fruit-containing from apple smoothies to cranberries (in hot dishes as decoration). We asked that a mini fruit plate be allocated for the little guest as a dessert, of course for money. A plate is even loudly said, 3-5 berries or half an apple would be enough. The waiter approached the question formally and refused this pleasure, referring to the fact that there are no such dishes on the menu and she does not know how to punch it into the receipt. She did not contact the manager/manager, did not go to ask the cook, but decided herself that she had the right to refuse the guests. I am sure that if this were her restaurant, the question of treating a small guest to a slice of apple would be a mere trifle. In fact, we have a dissatisfied mini-guest and a spoiled mood of the parents. This is the customer approach in a restaurant, it would seem, in such a trivial matter.

After arriving in Minsk, this is the first place where we went to eat. As I understood it, there are a lot of Cornflowers in the city, but at 16 o'clock, the one closest to us was completely occupied. Therefore, we combined a trip to a cafe with a hike around the city.
Almost all the seats were occupied, then we found a place.
Now about the main thing. About the shingles. They looked like a pancake. By texture and appearance. Maybe I was hungry, tired, inadequate, and other adjectives, but I used to eat shingles a long time ago, and they were different.
Perhaps I am mistaken, and a true expert will tell me that Cornflowers have the most correct shingles.... But they didn't come to me. Other places were better, textured, toasty and a little crispy. So minus the score.
But I plan to come back again. Maybe I just didn't get that magic shingle.
