A good place to enjoy Belarusian cuisine. Borscht, draniki and cocoa were tested.
Positive:
1. Delicious food and drinks. The borscht was very good, the pancakes and cocoa did not disappoint either. For its price, great.
2. A large selection of Belarusian cuisine and alcohol.
3. Pleasant atmosphere. The decor and staff create the feeling of a real Belarusian tavern.
4. Spacious establishment. Even during peak hours, there is a high probability that you can find an empty table.
5. Good service. The waiter was tactful and polite.
Minuses:
1. Waiting for some dishes. Borscht and cocoa were brought almost immediately, but the pancakes had to wait quite a long time (about 20-25 minutes). Other visitors also faced such a problem, there were several tired waiting glances.
2. Input delay. The administrator had to wait about 5 minutes, which caused a queue to form. It would be better if someone from the staff could come on as a substitute at such moments.
At the moment, "Vasilki" also leave a positive impression.

I will say that it is a pleasant atmospheric place in a national style and traditional cuisine. The pitch is beautiful. They serve quickly, everything is clear. I didn't try everything, but what I took was delicious. The drinks are decent, I can't say about alcohol, I don't drink, but the neighbors were happy to order. The only thing is that the flow of tourists is such that there is a queue of 5-10 people at the entrance and waiting for an empty table. I think it's better to book a table in advance. We were lucky, there were places on a weekday afternoon, but it was tight. The staff is polite, but seems a little tired. I highly recommend you to visit!

A great family cafe with delicious national cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere.
The staff is polite and helpful, they serve very quickly and correctly.
There were no questions about the kitchen more than once during the whole week, which we went to Cornflowers every day.
The menu is very diverse, you want to try a lot, traditional Belarusian cuisine, everything is delicious. Served with fervor from the heat.
Be surprised by the Soviet musical accompaniment.

This cafe is the first, bright, tasty and very kind impression of the city of Minsk. We came across this cozy place from the morning train and were shocked by the balanced breakfasts, the beautiful homely atmosphere, and the smiling young waiters. And there is everything a traveler needs! I really liked the cafe, but in the evening, on the way back, I couldn't get into it - there were no empty seats, although the cafe halls are quite spacious. Apparently, we weren't the only ones who appreciated this pleasant place. We will definitely visit Cornflower on our next visit to Minsk.

The atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant are pleasant. The menu is extensive, the cuisine is clear and familiar. A large selection of pancakes, salads, dumplings, dumplings and meat dishes. An ideal family cafe chain in Minsk.
Price-quality - fire ratio! There are many dishes of national cuisine. Almost everything is very tasty. And we've tried a lot of dishes! The portions are decent. The menu is varied. What can I say, friends, "Cornflowers" is the calling card of the national Belarusian cuisine. Delicious. Nicely. Acceptable. The well-trained staff of the institution, well-created atmosphere, good music.
The only thing that I would like to be done at the modern level is to call the waiters via a radio button. So that you no longer have to look out / wave your hands / or get up-approach them on your own. And it will be quite a fairy tale!

Cornflowers were pleased with the warmth, comfort, bright atmosphere, pleasant Belarusian music and attentive waiters.
I liked the "Yuletide" pancakes, a large portion of salad with mozzarella and dried tomatoes (very tasty!), a light cherry pie did not burden an already well-filled stomach, rich and warming Red mulled wine (with red wine), and green tea.
For all 57 Belarusian rubles. I consider the price reasonable. Everything is delicious and there is no heaviness after a hearty lunch)) Thank you, you made me happy!

Great restaurant! We came to lunch three times and always left satisfied, well-fed and tipsy!
Excellent service by polite very young guys and girls. The constant queue at the entrance is moving very actively and takes up to 10 minutes maximum waiting time. Cozy interior, comfortable furniture.
All kinds of draniki are delicious. Borscht and cabbage soup are excellent and rich. The bacon is gorgeous, and the pickles are interesting. The zepellins were also highly appreciated by us, as were the sausages with stewed cabbage. A very unusual recipe for kvass. Something between a braga and a dark beer is a very amateur drink.
Morse, however, was quite good.
On Sunday, judging by the number of people with suitcases, many, like us, stopped by the path for a good drink and snack, which only confirms the high quality of these Cornflowers. For such a high-quality meal and portion size, the prices are very modest, even with alcohol, the final bill turned out to be quite small.

One of the advantages is that the place is quite atmospheric and inexpensive. Polite waiters and fast enough service, generally delicious food.
One of the disadvantages is a completely incomprehensible system at the entrance, where you have to wait until the hostess takes you to a table chosen by her for some unknown reason, but you can't sit anywhere yourself. We were at 70-80% load, there were frankly empty tables (and without any reservation signs), but we had to wait for 10 minutes and they put us in the aisle.
Another disadvantage is the portion size, they are, let's say, not huge. But this is offset by low prices.

The Vasilki restaurant offers a rich variety of Belarusian dishes. The food is very tasty! Beef medallions, pancakes with machanka, salad with tongue, fried mozzarella, mulled wine based on cranberries - everything deserves the approval of the chefs' skill. Of the minuses, I note that, apparently, the administrator does not care about checking cleanliness. Unfortunately, the pleasant impressions were greatly smoothed out by dirty toilet doors, a stained mirror, sticky and unwashed tables. Used napkins are lying on the floor, and the waiters just step over. The lamp above the table does not work. The boards on which the dishes were served are dirty. There is no desire to visit this place again!

We have been here 3 times in 3 days. It's a great place. All the staff are very good: the waiters are all very polite, I really wanted to drink and brought some water for free. The food is delicious, the portions are large. I recommend, of course, draniki, I really liked grandma's mushroom soup (you can't pull your ears off mushroom lovers), tinctures, just like homemade ones. The prices are very pleasant, the two of us to eat and drink only averaged 2000 rubles. Of Russia. It's a great place.

Excellent location in the very center. We rented an apartment nearby, it was very convenient.
The dishes on the menu are all hearty, there are many national dishes. Salads, snacks, local beer, cocktails. But keep in mind that a variety of pancakes, dumplings in hot pans are quite fatty. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and a summer terrace is open in the warmer months.
On the downside, there were long queues in the summer to wait for free tables, the place is very popular with tourists. At the same time, the service itself is quite fast.
We visit Minsk regularly and always try to have dinner in Cornflowers) Thank you for your work and the atmosphere.

A lot has already been written about this institution. A wonderful network, delicious food, served by cute girls and boys in beautiful national clothes. I noticed for myself - fast service and serving of dishes (even when fully seated), all the dishes are beautifully decorated and very tasty. We stopped by for lunch and breakfast.

A must-visit!!! Perhaps the best institution of national cuisine in terms of price-quality-assortment ratio! And the tinctures here seemed to us the most delicious - there is only a choice of 6 names, but it's worth trying each one, and everyone will find "their own"!
We have been to this particular cafe twice (8-10 times online in different cities) - everything is very tasty everywhere (plus or minus), it is better to book a table in advance (especially for the evening), but no later than a day before the visit. In this institution, the service is at a very high level (unlike Grodno, where dirty dishes were not removed from the tables for hours - apparently there is not enough staff). The interior is different - in some establishments it is modern, in some it has a national flavor. Both are here (on different floors). We really liked the assorted dumplings, potato grandmother, ribs (the knuckle was a little greasy, and the ribs were super!), from desserts, the leaves are good (apple filling without a single "membrane-bone)!!!

I didn't like it: the staff is acting strangely and not very well coordinated. At first, we were strictly warned that we would have to wait in line for 20 minutes, but in the end, after 5 minutes, we were already escorted to the table. The girl wiped the table in front of us and did not do it very well, I got dirty with cream that was left on the table from previous guests, they did not take the order for a long time, moreover, the waiters did not seem to be busy. The dishes themselves, admittedly, are very tasty.

A great place with lots of seats and a national flavor. I really like machanka with pancakes (a traditional Belarusian dish) here - although the recipe has been changed a bit lately. I give 5 points to this particular restaurant for the atmosphere, speed and quality of serving dishes. In general, the Cornflowers chain would put 4/4- because in a number of establishments there are questions about the service (indecently long waiting for dishes; they may not bring your order or make a mistake with the order as a whole, etc.)

I have loved this place for many years, we always come here when we come to Minsk. It's consistently good here, the menu, the dishes, the service. But it's been the same story all these years: you have to wait in line for 15 to 30 minutes, and there are always empty tables inside.
