This is the availability of special education and continuous professional development (a person who is constantly developing and improving himself in a certain area will definitely not harm). 3. These are examples and photos of the results of training with the coach. Yana corresponds to all these points and even more! She is not only a wonderful, experienced coach, but also a nutrition consultant, she will always explain everything, teach, tell and show) you can always approach her with your problem, question with anything - she will always help! And I would like to note that Yana knows all the secrets and nuances for those who get in shape after childbirth)))

It's a good gym. A large selection of exercise equipment. There is a hall in the basement, a long corridor, exercise equipment on both sides, you do not feel like in an aquarium, there is no feeling of a crowd and an anthill, it is very comfortable. A number of gyms in the city still allow "coaches" without education to enter the halls, who one day simply decided to become coaches. But you don't have to worry here. Coach Yana Vorozhun is a real pro, an educated coach, constantly developing. Her body is her best advertisement. I have been working with Yana for more than 4 years. Yana is the right kick, motivator, guarantor of safe, useful and effective coaching. I'm not alone 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The basement is well ventilated, with a large number of simulators and an adequate head coach Andrey. Some time ago, the simulators were replaced and many new ones were added. A worthy place for outdoor activities.

I've only been to this gym once, but I can't say I wouldn't come back again. I liked the simulators. The room itself is quite strange, because it is narrow and long. The only thing I took off the star for was the lack of keys in the lockers, the shower and, in general, no water from the tap.

The basement is stuffy, it is impossible to stay in the summer at all. You shouldn't even go to this gym for free. This room will bring you nothing but irritation and a spoiled mood.
