An excellent regional shopping center, where there is a plus or minus everything (from clothes to a food court with Turkish cuisine establishments). Street performers are also constantly performing nearby.
So it's not boring.

It is a large shopping center by Bishkek standards. And it is located in the very center on Baitik Baatyr street. By the way, it was previously called Soviet. A fun and interesting place. There are a lot of people in the evenings. Plus, street singers and musicians are constantly performing. Come, don't get bored!
