It's cool that there is such a store in Minsk, but if you order from the website, then there is always something missing and you have to rearrange the order, although they always politely go to a meeting, thank you! In the store, I would like to somehow think about the tightness of the products, because the same cocoa disappears and the taste and aroma are not the same at all ... well, the rest of the products are the same by weight.… There was a case in the bar: they put unwashed lettuce leaves, took them with them and found this ... it was very unpleasant, so check your chefs! After a long break, we stopped by: as always, the staff is pleasant, the assortment is also excellent, the food is delicious.

The assortment in the store is meager and strange - it's all soy. The aromas from the incense permeate the products..the food at the bar is not tasty and sloppy. I ordered soup from the dishes, did not eat, it feels like there is no freshness. Salad with tasteless vegetables, carelessly sliced and tossed. The smell of the sauce aroused suspicion and, in general, disgust..

I didn't expect to come across food with mold in this place. A sticker with an expiration date was pasted on the package. After asking the staff why they had food of such quality, I received a rude answer that they could not have such a thing. After that, the employee convulsively began to shovel out sausages with mold.

A sugar-free cake, yet incredibly sweet? Yes, there is such a thing here! Very tasty second courses and desserts in the cafe. Beautiful interior (but not for a date).
The selection of products in the store is just huge (there are a lot of things that I do not even know what it is).
The only and most important disadvantage is the price of products, how much you need to earn to buy products here all the time, I can not imagine.
But you will definitely be able to find something interesting to try.
So, I definitely advise you to visit, and then you will understand everything yourself!

Initially, I was not going to write this review, but thanks to the administrator Olga, I still decided. This is an example of how illiterate staff communication costs an institution its reputation.
I was buying frozen vegan cutlets and got very poisoned by them. I called the store about another issue, but at the same time I told them about the cutlets. I was friendly, because it doesn't happen to anyone. And I decided that in any case, the administration should be aware. On the phone, they agreed that I would drive up to the store with the remaining product and I would get my money back. There are no complaints about this. The money was returned. Moreover, I did not even demand monetary compensation, Olga herself offered to return the money.
But! I was discouraged by the devaluing manner of communication with the client. Even on the phone, Olga had one of the main arguments like this: "This has never happened before" and with such phrases they say maybe you were poisoned by something else. Already in the store, Olga brazenly asked me: "what else did you eat during the day?"
What, in general? With all due respect, but who is she, an infectious disease doctor? I don't have to tell the store employee about my diet. I pointed out that Olga had chosen the wrong tone of communication, and it was better for her not to play this "you were poisoned by our product" card. But as I wrote above, I was friendly and did not want to inflate the conflict. I told her that in the morning I ate oatmeal on water, which I have been eating for many years, and my next meal was with these cutlets and salad, which I also eat regularly. That is, by way of exception, that day I ate the usual foods for myself and the only innovation in my diet were just those cutlets. Not to mention the fact that I was sick of them exclusively.
Olga also allowed herself to interrupt me. And in general, it was unpleasant for me to communicate with her. Passive aggression, devaluation and gaslighting are not the best methods of working with clients.
In the future, I will most likely find out who administers the store, and buy on those days when other admins are working
