A great place to relax. The house is very beautiful and unusual. There is parking. The area is small, but amazing. All rooms are unique. It was clean and very cozy. We had a great rest. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks a lot to the owners.

The trip is accompanied by 8 adults and 8 children of different ages. Period 02-06.01.25. First impression: the owners are always in touch. Gorgeous photos and barbecue areas! Disappointed: The ground floor accommodates only 2 adults and 3 children. Although there is a separate sleeping place in a niche on the ground floor, I am 163 cm tall and cannot fit in length. It's dusty inside. Also, on the ground floors there are half-sofas that divide into their component squares, designed only to "turn gray" (in the photo of the house, they are different, i.e. in fact different from the declared ones). Arms, legs, naked female breasts, male and female genitals protrude from the decorated wall. There is a toilet in this room with a transparent door, which is also narrow and only covers half of the toilet. If you are staying with several families, it is uncomfortable. It is not suitable for accommodation with children. There is an exit from this room to the bedroom, which is probably the most acceptable place to sleep. A creaking double bed and a sofa, which makes it impossible to close the door to the room. There is a shower stall in the middle of the room, transparent on all sides. High humidity. For an amateur. The only plus is its own toilet with a sink, but there is nowhere to hang towels. The second floor accommodates 13 people: one room with a round bed for short people, but with its own toilet (2 adults and 1 child). One room with three sofas, two of which do not fold out and have protrusions in the middle, possibly armrests, i.e. if you sleep, then the letter Zy. One sofa is fully folding. 2 adults and 2 children were accommodated here. And there is one room with a huge bench, which does not have a full-fledged mattress, and an ottoman protrudes from under the bench. It accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. It should be added that with so many guests, it is not convenient to have one toilet for 9 people and one shower for 12 people on the second floor. Jacuzzi - 10 thousand separately. Well, it's extremely expensive. The kitchen table for 16 people was not designed, they ate in turns. There is no stove, there is a tile. Cooking on one stove for 16 people is difficult. There is no washing machine, no place to dry clothes, no batteries. There is no ironing board. There is not a single wardrobe. In general, it is extremely inconvenient for long-term placement. In addition, according to the contract in bel rubles, for some reason they were recalculated based on the dollar, and the payment turned out to be 14 thousand more expensive. We were tired from the trip, and we didn't argue. But the aftertaste remained unpleasant. For a company that accommodates more than 10 people, for more than two nights, I do not recommend it.

We were incredibly lucky. We passed Minsk, we were looking for housing, there was nothing to rent. And then I decided to call Veles with the last call, it turned out that this was a cottage complex, they told us that it would cost 200 b-r to rent, it seemed too expensive, they wanted to refuse, but there was nothing to do, they needed to spend the night somewhere, they told the hostess that it was too expensive, she dropped up to 150 b-R., agreed. At that time, we didn't know what we were shooting for 4200. It turned out to be a VIP cottage with a sauna, Jacuzzi, three rooms, kitchen - and everything is in SUPER condition!!! Oh, yes, there is also a swimming pool, a veranda, a garden with barbecue, barbecue, etc. - in short, chic. I definitely recommend it.

We were traveling from St. Petersburg with a family with one child on 11.08. We booked accommodation for two nights, as the hostess told us, for $ 100 per night the whole house with a big discount!!!(but in fact, all this costs 300 rubles). Well , okay , we think the whole house , more space and so on .The hostess promised good conditions and that she would prepare everything for our arrival . I transferred the deposit in rubles 9t₽
We arrived in the evening and it turned out that a person already lives in the house on the second floor, and we were offered to rest on the first !!!
The first, basement, in which two rooms, well, sooo damp (they asked to flood, they said summer, we won't)
Dirty, damp linen.the canvases are gray. There is nothing to cook on , an electric stove was offered .The dishes in the stacks are dirty. They asked for drinking water , there is no water either , but drink there is some kind of tea in the kettle and the tea is the same. The wifi did not work , there is no connection. The TV is also small, the refrigerator is small, without a freezer, everything is dirty, even the football that is in the photo is also broken. Wherever you go, it's either broken or dirty.
Well, the most important thing is a shower!!!!!this is a transparent cubicle, opposite the bed on which to sleep. My daughter and I arrived , so how do we wash ?And the hostess said , well , come to an agreement somehow among yourselves.sauna +$50, jacuzzi + $80
There's no place to cook, it's cold to sleep, we slept in our clothes.
We arrived late , we no longer had the strength and time to look for something .They asked to return the deposit, the hostess said that she had a queue right here for all this and would not return the money. Somehow we agreed on a refund of part of the money ( and then she began to count her services in euros at 20 euros per person per night ) returned 2.5₽
In general , we spent the night somehow , left in the morning
Do not recommend this hotel to anyone, one negative !!!!!
For this money, go to the center of Minsk and you will live in the most expensive hotel!!!!

The house and grounds are very beautiful and well equipped. They wanted to come a second time. When booking for the desired day, they replied that it was busy and we could find another one. There are no questions, we were guided by the date later. After a while, the hosts informed us that our original date was being released and we could come. We were very happy, approved this date and began to tell each person from our group that we could still come on that day, as it was the most convenient for us. When friends are 20-30 years old, it is already very difficult to gather them all in a large group on one day, because almost everyone already has a family or other business, so for us that initial date was very important.
A few days later, the owners write to us with the wording "Fortunately, those guys will still be able to come." We have already prepared people, started shopping and we are being deployed due to the variability of opinion of someone there on the side. Well, happiness, no other way.
With all due respect, I think this is extremely inappropriate behavior and I believe that we need to work on the booking system and discuss such issues with customers. It is very unpleasant to be in such a situation and there is no desire to have any business with the owners anymore. Because now there is simply no guarantee that while we are negotiating, another more desirable client will arise and we will simply be dumped. It's disrespectful, even though the first trip was wonderful. It turns out that we met according to our clothes, but we see them off according to our mind.
We could have been warned that there was a possibility that previous customers might want to return on our date, but this was not done. In fact, it turned out to be a deception, and no attempts were made to avoid this situation. Apparently, whoever has more money for the event has the right to book.

The entire estate was filmed on August 16-17, 2023. During the negotiations, I immediately warned the hostess that 15 beds were needed, so there would be 3 families, five of them 70+ and three children. The hostess assured that there are beds for 20 people.
We paid for two days in 1953 bel.rubles (which is $ 600 or 60,000))
Three families from Latvia and different cities of Russia arrived. We were shocked by the conditions:
1. There are only five bedrooms, two of them in the basement, walk-through
2. There are only seven beds, of which three huge sun beds, one sofa stained with old stains, three double beds. We had to sleep in threesomes, four of us on the same bed with children and grandmothers, which was extremely uncomfortable
3. There are two rooms in the basement, a shower right in the room behind a transparent glass. To wash, I had to kick everyone out of the room
4. The door to one of the toilets is about 30 cm narrower than the doorway! When you are sitting in the toilet, which is also in a walk-through place, you are being surveyed by all those passing by
5. There is a huge porn poster on the wall in one of the toilets. And I warned you that we have three children and a 15-year-old teenager with us. It was unpleasant to answer the children's questions.
6. Sheets and pillowcases are stale, damp, washed. The blankets are discarded, shapeless, the towels are washed gray with a hole.
7. It is very damp in the basements and the bed is all damp. When they took the bedspread off the bed to make it up, there was a dirty, hair-covered sheet under it. I had to put short sheets on the bedspread, not the size of the bed
8. A very small kitchen area - two comfort plates and a 60 cm wide work surface. Cooking for 15 people was very inconvenient, as well as washing dishes by hand, there is no dishwasher
9. The dishes are all of different sizes, some with chips, I had to choose.
10. The rooms were very sloppily cleaned.
From the good:
1. The yard is cozy, although very small, it looks much bigger in the photo
2. There are a lot of trees in the yard, a squirrel is running.
3. Good barbecue, campfire area
The total conclusion is 15 people - we will not come here anymore. They did not swear on the spot - there was no time to find another place to live, as they gathered for only 2 days.
I wrote the review only to warn visitors about such unpleasant surprises. If I had read such a review, it would have helped me a lot.

Communication begins with friendly phrases in order to distract the client in every possible way. That's what they fell for when they first made the choice. We arrived 1.5 months in advance, booked a banquet hall, made a 50% prepayment - 450 rubles.
Just a week after that, the event was canceled for family reasons. We are calling to inform you about this in order to get our money back, given that there is more than a month left before our date - in response, the voice immediately changes, not as friendly as it originally was and they inform you that they will be refunded only if someone retakes this date!!
Considering that their manor was already rented, the probability that someone will rent only the banquet hall separately is halved!
We think, well, we will look for customers in every possible way to get their money back, which they do not want to return.
We found a client, though on a different date, for 300 rubles - we agreed on all the points. Well, I think I've beaten off 300, there's still 150 left, there's time...
I call closer to our date, in response I hear that I *** and *** that no money will be returned to me! I'm shocked, to put it mildly!!!
I tried to talk to discuss the circumstances, so in response, except for unfinished hysterical phrases, I didn't hear anything. She hung up the phone and said go to the court or the police.
Of course, I will not become impoverished, but the residue remains from such an inhuman attitude. I think and really hope that this will return to their karma many times over!
To summarize, I want to say that we did not even celebrate our event and we were shown how they "solve" issues. It's scary to imagine how they solve them when questions arise during the banquet and they will solve them when the money is already in your hands.
I HIGHLY AND STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND CONTACTING THEM! There are a lot of other great options and, most importantly, loyal owners, with whom it is pleasant to communicate from the call to the moment of eviction.

We booked the estate after paying 30,000 rubles in advance. We arrive by car from Moscow to the place at night. And it turns out that the 5 rooms indicated in the announcement do not exist. They seem to be there, but they don't seem to be there. There are only 2 rooms (both without windows by the way) with a door and 4 walls. Everything else is either walk-through rooms where it is impossible to retire, or a common rookery with mattresses.
In response to our comments, Valentina said that the announcement did not indicate that these were bedrooms. It's just rooms. I've been booking for so many years, this is the first time I've heard about such a division.
The owners refused to return at least some of the money. Tired after the road, we had to go to the city in search of a hotel with 5 available rooms. Of course, on Friday night, everything had been packed for a long time. Only after 3 hours of searching and calling all the hotels in the city, we managed to find 2 rooms, and somehow get into them.
The impression of the owners is simply disgusting. Inhumane, inhospitable, in fact, left us on the street at night. I don't advise anyone to stop here.

The shower doesn't work normally, everything flows to the sides but not at you, there is no bed linen on any bed, and so the territory is beautiful, a large house and a beautiful hall.
