There are no complaints about the door materials. But as for master Maxim, first of all, he put the doors crookedly, the joints in the architraves are uneven. Secondly, I came to the installation knowing that the vacuum cleaner was not working. All the dust settled all over the apartment. No measures have been taken to prevent this from happening. The irresponsible attitude was confirmed after the master was told to come back with a working vacuum cleaner. To which a rude refusal was received.

Everything is fine in the store itself, after prepayment within the specified period, the "shipping manager" did not contact me, as well as after my two calls to the store. With a delay of 5-7 days, Natalia's manager called, agreed on a time that she did not tell the driver (when he called her back to ask where the driver was, she told him to communicate directly with him and decide when he would arrive). I hope there will be no such problem with the installation.

We ordered an entrance door with a portal and two interior doors. We were very satisfied with the quality of the doors and the installation.

I must say right away-I do not advise it... I've been choosing for a long time... And I chose it on my head. First, the measurer messed up, which is why the installation was postponed for 40 days. Then they found a marriage (allegedly within the norm). After much bickering, she agreed to wait with a 3% discount....I just didn't have the strength to fight them. And today I found it by accident (I started to wipe the dust on the shelves) and I had to turn my head towards the doors... The ends of the top and bottom are not processed. Not painted, not polished. Imagine how to dust them off afterwards. Doors to the bathroom where there is high humidity... there are inscriptions on them, some staples are stuck in. The epic is not over, I will go to sort it out tomorrow, but I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE right now

I ordered the doors with installation in December 2023, one piece of glass turned out to be broken. They promised to replace it in January 2024. Then they just promised to call back, but something doesn't work out for them, apparently they are satisfied with everything - both the quality and the service. It is already March, so we will consider the assessment well deserved.

Good afternoon. I bought a bathroom door in this salon. The seller Natalia professionally and quickly selected a model for my requests. The door came from production exactly on time. There are also no problems with delivery. Everything is clearly worked out. The doors were installed exclusively: efficiently, quickly and with humor))) . By the way, the masters themselves found a small "bubble" on the canvas and told me about it (or they could have kept silent ...) Within 10 minutes, the company agreed on a discount that satisfied both sides. This approach is encouraging. Thank you for your hard work!

It is sad that so far the "specialists" in the company have not learned how to deliver the right orders.
We ordered an interior door, the website indicates that delivery and measurement are free of charge. The measurer was not sent to us, so it was decided to measure the opening yourself.
The doors were delivered the wrong size, changed to a defective door, it is definitely not realistic to wait for installers.

When repairs begin, then a lot of questions arise. It seemed very easy to order the doors, but in the end it turned out to be not so easy. On the recommendation of friends, we turned to the Welldoris salon on ave. Independence 84A. The salon immediately made an impression, then pleasant managers, special thanks to Jeanne, told us everything and picked up our doors, which my family and I are delighted with. We needed the doors very urgently and it turned out that we didn't have to wait long. The staff quickly arrived, measured our openings and, a week later, our doors were already standing. The installation guys have carefully installed it. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family 👍
