We wanted to rent a couple of bicycles here with a young man and at the same time look for bicycles to buy.
There was only one name from the "rental" here. We were offered only one bike each, we were given no choice at all. Not to mention that they wanted to sign a contract with us without first showing the bikes, but we insisted on our own. The bikes turned out to be in poor technical condition + I (a girl, 1.60 m tall) did not have a suitable bike, although I was informed by phone beforehand that there would be. In general, after examining the bicycles, we, of course, did not take them.
I would also like to note the extremely low level of service. The employee answered all questions very sharply and irritably, as if we were distracting him from something important, even though the store was empty.

The store is a misunderstanding. We ordered a Stealth bike, twice we brought the same bike from the wrong manufacturer (the deliveries were at an inconvenient time for me, after 24:00). After the second unsuccessful attempt to deliver the bike, I contacted the company's managers to clarify when to expect delivery of MY order. To which the manager asked the counter question "why am I giving up the bike?".
The last delivery attempt took place at 2 a.m., the bike was the same, but there were no small parts in the kit.
It was a big mistake to contact this company. There is no responsibility.

I am satisfied with the work of the store, there are no complaints here. The site is very convenient, it is easy to find the necessary product. The delivery was a little delayed, but I would still have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the ordered wheel collection service. The front wheel had a runout of 1 mm, let it be the norm, but the rear wheel already had a runout of 4 mm, and this is clearly visible. In addition, both wheels were not centered relative to the hub. A subsequent check on the strain gauge showed that if the values on the front wheel were more or less even, then they walked very strongly on the rear wheel. In general, the wheels had to be stretched additionally before installation, which took more time and money.

Twice I had to come for an allegedly ready-made order-they report that everything is ready, but in fact an inert seller who is unable to collect the order and something was not brought from somewhere…There are also complaints about the site.You ask for a product that is listed in stock, in response - there is no product and generally check availability.
