We ordered a mountain bike for a child outside Minsk. We were notified that the transport company will deliver the cargo within 4 days. But this did not happen. Sellers shifted all responsibility to the transport company, it is easier for them to cancel the order than to warn in advance about the real delivery time, to find out from the transport company the formation of the route and the days of delivery, they do not know anything, do not track the goods, everything is left to chance, the company is not interested in earnings and customers.

And when they called, they would tell her that she was not there. And usually they have a text message on their phone, which was not indicated either in the basket or in the order (or in very small print, because my tired brain simply did not see it).
