I really liked the store, the staff are friendly and clearly understand what they are doing. Bicycles are sold up-to-date and there are different types of installments, and most importantly, they will call you back if you want to buy something, but at the moment it is not available. The service is more complicated, the bike I bought has been serviced for free for almost 2 years, but there are a couple of nuances: 1. It is impossible to sign up for the service, everything happens on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you go to them from somewhere far away, then you either have to walk somewhere until they take up your bike, or leave it and go back, and return some next day. If you came by bike, then of course you walk from there. 2. You can literally get to a crooked-armed master, this happened to me and my friend, we both had the brakes turned on, and everything was so well lubricated that both pants and hands were lubricated and a lot more, the lubricant turned out to be where you don't expect it at all. But the second master (I'll tell you, an older friend), although very businesslike and serious, actually did everything well. But who will take care of your bike is a lottery

I rented a snowboard from bike enthusiasts (yes, there is such a service here too). The first thing that caught my eye is that there is a special rate for night rides (take the equipment in the evening from 18 to 20, return it the next day before 13). For me, this is a very convenient tariff and "delicious" for the price. In my opinion, the main feature for those who do not have their own equipment is the lack of a queue. You arrive at the slope with your own equipment. You only spend time "changing clothes" (okay, another 2 minutes to buy a skip pass) and then go ahead and get high on the snow turns
The guys are very sincere and friendly. I took a new board and boots to match my height/ weight/ size (obviously the first season at the box office). A warm, spacious room, a comfortable place to try on shoes. No deposit is needed (they make a copy of your passport).
For me personally, the location turned out to be another bonus - not far from the MKAD and I was practically "on the way" to leave Minsk along the M3 highway (Silichi, Logoisk)

2 stars for the work of a specific person who is not responsible for his words. At the beginning of the summer, I wanted to buy Shulz Wanderer, realizing that he was so-so on the stock suspension, I decided to buy a frameset. A frameset in size L was available on the site, in fact not. You can place an order. When asked about the timing, "already on the way and waiting no more than a month", the manager's answer was. Okay, I'm asking leading questions to get specifics "on the way to Belarus, or first to Russia, and from there to you?" - come straight to us. I understand that by the middle of July or the deadline of the beginning of August I will be able to assemble a bike. Okay, I order and simultaneously buy wheels, a system, a suspension (in another store). And now I have everything except the frame itself, and the veloman managers will answer the calls - wait. In the end, after 3 calls, I gave up on this case. And on October 29th, I get a call that Rama has arrived. Of course, I thought that the manager would apologize for the timing at the beginning of the conversation, but I did not hear these words. I already sold out the components in September, so I don't need the frame. Therefore, the review is not for the store staff, since they are not responsible for their words, but for those who want to collect something and will hope for the deadlines that they will be announced. Or run away from there if the right one is not available and is offered to order, or buy something from stock and reassemble for yourself.

Of the huge number of stores, this one was suitable for all. From the manner of communication, consultation and pre-sale preparation. I ordered everything online. My wife and I ordered two identical bicycles, we hadn't seen them in person, and there was a fear that something would come. But.. On Saturday morning, the bell rang and the courier took the newly packaged and customized bicycles out of the car.. Pedals and hearses were not reported for one... this is life... everything was sent by euro mail the next day with door-to-door delivery!!! So this store definitely deserves 5 stars!!! Thanks!!!

A good option for a novice bike enthusiast. There is a fairly large selection of bicycles, but, unfortunately, it is inexpensive (600-800 on 27.5-29 wheels) you are unlikely to buy here, if something slips, it ends very quickly, the main price segment is from 1300 and above. For the prices of extras, I definitely would not recommend, for example: ordinary pedals were needed, the cheapest ones cost around 30, and in the workshop they generally cost 150 and above. You say they're branded and all that. I just ride on business and then not every day, just for a walk, and a day later I found a tenner on kufara, and collapsible ones. Multitool too, something in the region of 30. An undoubted plus is that in one place there is both a shop and a repair shop, the price tag is average in the city for repairs. But I would only repair what I couldn't do myself. There was another moment, it was necessary to buy a sleeve with bearings, an ordinary bulk one, in adolescence, it costs a penny, but I was definitely reminded that I need to use a special lubricant to make everything work properly. It can and should be so according to technology, but then give the bearings without traces of corrosion, otherwise somehow one does not fit with the other. In general, there are two impressions, but in general a very good store and workshop, you can come. But I would still monitor prices around the city for bicycles.

I bought a shulz bot dont cry bike about six months ago.
Just 2 weeks ago, they called, asked me to write a review and asked if everything was okay with the bike. And then after the winter, between the 6th and 7th gear, the switch stopped reaching and throwing the chain. They said to drive up at any time according to the schedule, they say we'll see. Well, since they invite you, why not. Well, by the way, they are located on Uruchye, which is not close to me.
I came to them, I say, they were invited to THAT, and the manette does not switch normally. And they tell me to leave the bike. I understand that there is a queue and I ask, "when can I drive up to be served right away? And they tell me "IN WINTER." Thanks guys for the high-quality service and great humor.
Actually, as requested, I left a review. But it seems to me that there is even a lot of one star, but the system does not give you less.

I really liked the sellers, they know their product.
Before visiting the store, we had already chosen a certain model and were going for a test drive so that the child would try to ride a bike. They explained to us why it is safe to take a model with a larger wheel diameter and it will not look "outgrowth". We agreed on delivery at a convenient time, because it was a birthday gift, the bike was decorated with balloons, the child appreciated it.
The price segment of all bike models in the store is above average. Therefore, it may be more profitable to search for extras (footboard, wings, etc.) on marketplaces or in other places.

It's a great store. I was scared at first. Back streets, basement.. but then I appreciated it. The room is large. There is a place to try on a bike for yourself.
A big plus is that all the great ones that are on the site are also on the showcase. You can sit on any one, turn it in your hands, taste it.

D.D. The professionalism of the guys in the veloman's workshop was not impressed, as many people write here)). Yes, they somehow coped with the main task - replacing the carriage in a teenage bike and that's it. Upon arrival home (I brought and took the bike by car), I found jambs - the steering wheel is not clamped (apparently they forgot), the front derailleur is not configured (they did not say anything). Conclusion: if you do, you must be present in person and point your finger, which is not very convenient, or find a workshop that you can entrust your bike to. Something like that.

Hello everyone, the bike shop and bike workshop are excellent. I came to test and adjust the switches, the master came out, took the bike, fiddled with it for 5 minutes, clicked something, then returned it to me with the words "You can take it, everything is fine", to my question how much I owe, he replied "For the amount of work that I did, I'm not comfortable to charge you money." That is, I had everything in order with the switches and the master turned out to be decent (which is very rare nowadays), by the way, he adjusted it perfectly. It's nice to deal with guys like that. In short, guys, the next one is just there! By the way, the store is also good both by choice and by price tag. Again, I bought wings for another on the same day, but I doubted if they would fit, so the seller sold them, gave me a check and said that if they didn't fit, I could bring them back!
