The technicians are good, there is a problem with the organization of maintenance. Here is an example - if there was a debt, you could send an SMS automatically or via Viber, but no. They wait until it accumulates, and then a piece of paper arrives by mail as from Ukrtelekom with a threatening text. Like, if you don't pay at such a time, you will be disconnected and blah blah blah. Who needs this? Well, make me angry, I'll switch to another provider and that's it. Who needs these papers? Send a message to Viber and that's it. You are an Internet service provider after all. Or not?
