The furniture is certainly tired. The breakfasts are monotonous. But the price-quality ratio is good. The staff is friendly, solves all issues that arise. The plumbing and the bathtub are generally the best in 25 years of my travels. Including Caribbean 4 and 5 *. The noise from the window is very disturbing. But after 3 nights we got used to it. There is a great lack of a gym. Would you come back here again? Probably yes.

Great hotel. Large rooms. Gorgeous new furniture. The building itself is like a castle from fairy tales. It's impressive. Good breakfasts. The 24-hour front desk was very pleased. Everything went great. We really liked it.

Cleaning on demand. Heat. There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, TV. Breakfast consists of boiled eggs and sausages with bread, brought to the room. It's very noisy. The furniture is old. There is an unpleasant smell coming from the Jacuzzi. The kids liked it, but I didn't.

An interesting hotel, good staff , but you need to remind about breakfast, an hour of the pool is included in the day , they accept Russian rubles if there are no drams left, the food to order from them is good tasty and inexpensive, the room is nice , large and the interior is not bad

In principle, everything is fine. But on the first day, as we arrived, the toilet was clogged.The faucet in the shower is broken.They didn't give up until the next day. And no one cares how to wash. There's hair on the bed.The very spacious rooms are the only plus. But no more.

We were here for only one day, in transit, but that was enough. Kids were running around in the hallways, adults were yelling, and staff wasn't doing anything. The refrigerator is making a lot of noise, I had to turn it off at night. The bed linen was obviously used, I had to ask for a new one. Breakfast was brought to the room, in principle it is possible to eat)
Two stars are clean behind the Jacuzzi, it is large and very comfortable. I'm not coming back here.

The hotel has long been outdated both mentally and physically. Windows, curtains, furniture, towels are dirty. The view of the room scared me. The photo does not match those posted on the booking.
Terrible noise from the road, it is impossible to sleep. It is better not to take breakfast if you get to this hotel. Which pool? We haven't seen him.

We had a rest in Yerevan in October 2021. We used the services of this hotel. We didn't regret anything. The staff is very polite and helpful. Special thanks for organizing a festive dinner at the hotel restaurant. We hope to come here again.

An amazing hotel! The rooms are excellent! The service is excellent! Breakfast is brought to the room. Swimming pool. It's a bit far from the center... but that's a good thing. The road nearby does not interfere! The nearby restaurant is amazing with good and delicious cuisine!

The breakfasts are a bit monotonous, and the chlorine in the pool would be less :) and so a good hotel, I was there in August 2018 with my family, we liked it. In general, as I understand it, this is basically a restaurant and with it a small hotel with a dozen rooms.
