There was an unpleasant impression left by the administrators of the center in terms of informing the center's customers. I needed to get to the doctor based on the results of the tests, I was informed that there is such a service, a doctor's consultation based on the results of the study is 21.20 rubles., the doctor will consult at the reception and, if necessary, schedule a repeat appointment. I signed up, and as a result, I heard the amount of 37.40 rubles, since it was a repeat appointment. To my objection, I only heard that they do not have such a service as consulting a doctor based on the results of the study.

Essentially: I was on the procedure of removing papillomas from the eyelids. Not all of them are actually deleted. Also on the second day, I noticed that one of the papillomas was not completely removed (most of it was removed), that is, it was damaged, but not removed. I believe that this should not be the case, because it can provoke the appearance of tumors again.

I signed up for the clinic for the first time, as I needed to remove papillomas. They made an appointment for the nearest suitable date with the doctor Chernenko Ivan Ivanovich. After the procedure, I was unpleasantly surprised when a consultation was also included in the bill for the service, which I did not need. Allegedly, it is impossible to remove papillomas without consultation. I came specifically for the removal of papillomas and signed up for this service. Why I have to pay another 45 rubles for an unnecessary consultation is not clear to me, and what was included in it is also not clear to me. When recording on the phone, I was not told that the consultation was MANDATORY (we listened to the recording of the conversation at the clinic). I also found recent cases in the reviews when people were dissatisfied with an unreasonable demand to pay for a consultation. I do not recommend this clinic if you know exactly what procedure you need and do not want to pay for the imposed services. The doctor Chernenko Ivan Ivanovich also left an unpleasant impression. When I went into his office, music was playing loudly on his computer so that I couldn't even make out his words. Without turning off the music, he started the reception and turned it down only after my request. He answered all my questions in monosyllables, without details. I deleted the papillomas, thank you. But I won't go to him a second time, and I don't advise others. There are a large number of more interested and loving doctors.

I did laser hair removal +close to the metro + It was less painful than in other places +There is a possibility of communication via telegram -it is almost impossible to make an appointment for the next couple of weeks or reschedule when changing plans (when doing procedures with a course, this is critical) -online support will not answer you specifically if the question is not general / information about it cannot be found on their website. Or they will answer very vaguely

Chernenko Ivan Ivanovich - I'm not sure at all that this is a doctor, although he seems to call himself that. When examining the moles, he refused to look at them and said to choose 5-6 maximum himself and he would only look at them, apparently a very busy person, the consultation lasted 5 minutes, after looking at the moles I selected, he said that they seemed normal but could be removed, but he could not say for sure what was the point of the consultation and inspection, I so and I did not understand, but he has already received his money in 5 minutes of work and does not care about the rest. And the clinic itself is also excellent, at the exit you may be very surprised at the price and the services provided, no one is going to warn you about the final price there, and then they will say that you did not hear something and misunderstood. It's not medicine - it's a shame.

They did the removal of moles with her husband. When recording, it was reported that removal without consultation is not possible. Honestly, I still did not understand what the doctor's consultation was, if we specifically came to the removal procedure. The doctor silently filled out the paperwork and performed the removal. After he told me how to take care of it . For which consultation we paid 35p each, I still did not understand. Only because of this, the impression was spoiled. And so the clinic itself is very bright and pleasant administrators.

Two weeks ago, I took a photo treatment with Yulia Kirillovna Volotovskaya. I really liked it! The doctor explained everything, told me how the procedure would take place, and calmed me down. Gapeenko Removed neoplasms, after the laser there were convex scars that still itch and grow (although 4 months have passed). It is very strange, since minimal traces remain after the laser. We can say that the reaction of the body or the skin is like this, but I did laser removal of neoplasms in another clinic, and after that I was fine. You will have to visit another specialist to remove the consequences of this visit.

A very pleasant medical center. There is no parking (located on the ground floor of an apartment building along the avenue), but you can find a free parking space along the avenue or in the courtyard. Nice medical staff, clean, tidy. Everything is clear on time. The prices are about the same as in other medical centers, but there are complexes of services at pleasant prices. In general, I liked it.
