Everything is fine. The plants are good, the roots are excellent, and most importantly, everything is in pots. The roses are gorgeous, although the Clematis broke off a little, it grew very well after planting. It's nice that they don't charge money for packaging and a box, as they do in other stores. Thanks to the staff for their help, I will still order.

06/01/2023 I placed an order on the veresk website.by, in which she detailed her wishes for the product. They called back quickly. The rose and clematis sapling had to meet certain requirements. I was assured that "everything will be fine with them" and the parcel was quickly sent by European Post. As a result, I got a half-dead clematis broken in several places and a rose with two thin shoots and broken young twigs. The hydrangea seedling, which was also in the order, arrived alive. I wrote a review to the seller and attached photos. In response to what? That's right, silence. I looked at the reviews on the site - all of the same type of praise. And where is mine? What kind of discrimination is this? The phones listed on the site are still asleep.
Every season in spring and autumn I order a lot of plants over the Internet - we lovingly refine our summer cottage. Such a terrible quality of seedlings has not yet been sent to us. In fact, money is wasted. I strongly do not recommend this seller! And I wish him, the seller, good health, because sooner or later the universe will bill him too.

As an online store, there is no. They allegedly accept orders, but the delivery dates are not known. Then, when you ask a question about the delivery, you get an answer, and when you need it. Obviously, the supply is a big issue.

I placed an order on Monday, an SMS came to my phone on Wednesday that the order was assembled and ready for shipment, it was also written in my personal account. I thought, great, he'll come at the end of the week. Oh yes, on Thursday the operator calls and says that there is nothing available. How is that? Your website clearly says "in stock", for what? Remove products that are not available from the site! Why do you mislead customers? I don't care about the attitude, I would have known, I ordered it elsewhere.

The store is good, there is a very large assortment on the site, but the sediment remains. One product name was not included in the order by European Post, instead the delivery amount was increased by the amount of this product (apparently so that he would not refuse at the post office), although the cost of delivery had been specifically clarified by the operator on the website. This product did not disappear from the availability on the site, just like that, the seller spoils his reputation for more than two rubles.
