A super hotel. Small. The rooms are fresh, clean, tidy, have everything you need: refrigerator, tea, kettle, bathroom accessories. A good breakfast: omelette, cheese and meat plate, vegetables, fruits. The hotel has a kitchenette with everything you need and you can cook lunch/dinner. There is a terrace for relaxing in the evening. A small minus is that it is a little far from the center, but it takes 40 minutes to walk from the Cascade. The staff is friendly and sociable. We made a discount for early check-out before breakfast on the spot.

A small, very cozy, quiet hotel, very clean everywhere, modern new plumbing in the room, everything works fine, comfortable beds, very clean. Very pleasant, polite, attentive staff. Liana is just wonderful, very friendly, responsive, always ready to help, explain. I somehow got lost in the alleys, so she immediately arrived by car and took me to the hotel, it turned out not far away. I especially want to thank Zara, she just became a close person, I didn't want to part, very tasty breakfasts, excellent service.
Only the pros, there are no disadvantages.

A wonderful small hotel near the Cascade. Some rooms have views of Ararat and the Mother Armenia Monument.
The rooms are small but cozy, very clean. There is air conditioning, all appliances in the room are working. Good stable Internet connection.
Amazing variety of hearty breakfasts at home.
There is a public transport stop nearby, or you can walk to the Cascade in 15 minutes and go down to the center of Yerevan.
The hotel is located deep in the private sector, so it is very quiet and peaceful here.

Vacationed here with my wife in September 24.
The hotel is located a little away from the center, 10 minutes on foot and you are on the cascade.
We really liked it. The hotel is very clean, the room is shiny, there are no specks of dust or hairs anywhere.
The breakfasts are incomparable and sooo great! Special thanks to the culinary sorceress Zara ❤
You can use the washing machine in the conder room. The place is quiet, no noise, construction sites, etc.
A large, comfortable double bed.
In general, it is a very cozy place. We will definitely come back 🤗

It's cozy, homey.
Beautiful view from the window of 21 rooms. Straight to Ararat.
The bed is comfortable. Large shower with good water pressure.
Delicious breakfasts. Every day the hot part is different: omelette, cheesecakes, some incredibly delicious khachapuri (I don't know the name, but it was a puff with cheese and ham). In addition, vegetables, fruits, sliced cheese-sausages, yoghurts, jam, delicious tortillas. And very tasty coffee.
Of the cons; the Internet is quite weak and slow. I had to go downstairs so I could work. It would be nice to put signal amplifiers. But this is a small thing. A really nice hotel that you want to return to.

I recently stayed at the Vertoni Hotel and was very pleased with my stay. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and ready to help in any situation. He lived in a new room, which had a convenient entrance from the courtyard, which created an additional feeling of privacy and comfort.
The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay: plenty of towels, slippers, clean and fresh bed. I was also impressed by the thoughtful set of amenities, including toothbrushes and a kettle with tea. The room was designed in a minimalistic style, but at the same time everything looked very stylish and beautiful.
Overall, the stay at the hotel "Vertoni" left an exceptionally positive impression. I recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort, quality of service and a pleasant atmosphere.

The rooms are pretty good, the breakfast is such that you definitely won't eat everything. Cleaning - how to hang a sign, entrance by cards. The location is generally convenient, but it looks like it is located in some obscure courtyards, you can easily get lost. Wi-Fi is sometimes a problem, but it's not in all rooms. What I liked the most was the staff - all responsive and friendly, 5 points. The hostess is generally gold! She is very decent and attentive. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed with a family with a child for a week. I would like to note: the attentiveness of the staff, cleanliness in the room and in the common areas, delicious, homemade and varied breakfast 🍳 the room was spacious, my son liked to sleep on the couch, comfortable. Having a desk was also a big plus as we worked at computers. The bathroom is equipped with all amenities, the plumbing is all new.
The hotel is small, with 5 rooms
We were very glad to spend time in such a good hotel, where the guests are treated carefully.

An ideal place for a long stay in Yerevan. Everything is fine in this hotel: firstly, it is located in a quiet area, but only 7-9 minutes by taxi to the center (Kentron). Secondly, there are simply stunning modern and very stylish interiors, especially a luxurious bar, a spiral staircase and inside the room. Thirdly, the staff - Liana, the hotel manager, was incredibly polite and pleasant to communicate with. From our room (11), the windows looked directly at Ararat, the view is simply amazing, this view provides a very inspiring morning. It was snowing at night and in the lobby it was visible very beautifully through the stylish glass door. The breakfast is beyond praise - just perfect and that's it, very varied and satisfying. Wi-Fi was present and the signal quality and speed were excellent, which is not always found in hotels. It is very cool that there is a kitchen with unlimited access, where there is tea, coffee, cookies. We also incredibly liked the availability of a washing machine and dryer with free use at night.

Initially , I didn 't really like the location , it seemed somewhere in the wilderness . We wanted to find a new hotel , but in two days we liked you so much that we didn 't want to change anything .
After a couple of days, when we figured out a little where and what is located, we realized that the hotels are not such a bad location.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. The staff is extremely polite. I would also like to note that breakfast is included in the room rate and it is simply gorgeous! They cook different dishes every day and they are very tasty. The somewhat remote location of the hotel is more than compensated for by a cheap taxi.

The hotel is very fresh, the rooms are beautiful, there is even a shared kitchen on the ground floor where you can make yourself tea or cook a full breakfast.
Of the cons: the neighbors can be heard too well, there is no free water in the room. And the price is 16,000 drams, but in general, prices in Yerevan are quite high.
The Internet is very bad. Very straight. You definitely can't work there as a freelancer.
The hotel is also located in some back streets. Taxi drivers were surprised that there was any hotel there at all. There is no view in the room. We had a view of the house next door.
We just had to sleep before the planes, for this case the hotel is wonderful, but I wouldn't live there for a long time and walk from it.

It took a very long time to choose the price / quality for a small trip. As a result, the best hotel turned out to be the Helicopter. A small, clean, cozy hotel with homemade breakfasts. Fresh renovation. An unusual location among private houses, but quiet. We will definitely come back as soon as we are in Yerevan)

A very cozy family hotel with the most hospitable staff! The breakfasts are new and fresh every day. They cook right in front of you, they are very tasty. It feels like you're just at home. There's a veranda where you can relax and enjoy the silence. Not far from the center, the Cascade is within walking distance. There are supermarkets, a market, embassies, beauty salons and any infrastructure nearby. very nice hotel, I definitely recommend it

This is an incredibly cozy hotel. Probably one of the best that we have seen in Yerevan. The hostess also prepares breakfasts herself - and they are incredible, homemade, delicious, and their size is incompatible with life)))

If you want to get into the culture of Armenia as much as possible, come to this hotel! Here you will feel the true Armenian hospitality from the first minutes of your stay. The hotel is run by an Armenian family, and their care is felt in everything: free tea and coffee in unlimited quantities, a large collection of dishes for a comfortable dinner at the hotel, consumption of Armenian wines and cognac :) In the morning, a freshly prepared breakfast "from under the knife" will be waiting for you: Armenian homemade pickles, pancakes, freshly brewed coffee from Turkey and always a fruit plate. Living here, you get not only a place to stay overnight, but also communication with local residents about their culture and traditions, care in detail and help. We were very satisfied, I boldly recommend it!

The place is not bad, I would have put more check-in if there was no Internet almost every evening and 3 times during the week of stay, the water was not turned off for several hours in the evening. Yes, maybe we were unlucky and there were accidents, but it didn't make it any easier. The staff is great, homemade delicious breakfasts, room cleaning only when you put out a sign. I forgot-your problems)) The air is cleaner in this part of the city, there was a view of Ararat from the window. The center can be reached in 30 minutes, but along a busy road, it's hard to breathe.
