the cat was stuck in the window, the back part was completely paralyzed - tail, hind legs, in the previous clinic "main tail" they took a lot of money from us for nothing, the situation did not improve in 5 days, but we were advised by VET CITY and a couple of days later the cat was already stepping on one paw (they gave injections that she prescribed we have a Neurologist, I don't know, but thank you very much to the girl!) after three weeks of injections, the cat was already running at full speed, now everything is fine thanks to you, thank you!!! Pet owners who read this, never take your pet to the main place, tail and doctor vet.

We went to this clinic several times, but it was of no use. Unfortunately, doctors here do not care about the condition of the animal, they only pull money. They understand that people are ready to give any money to make their pet feel better, okay, money-so they are not treated there.They offer tests for a lot of money, which turns out to be completely unnecessary. The doctor can't take blood from little York normally. There are no queues, but you will still be waiting for 1.5-2 hours.They don't explain anything, they prescribe a bunch of medications that don't help and treat not what you need, but just, excuse the expression from a fool. I am very disappointed that I have no conscience at all. I do not recommend this clinic

There will be a lot of text and exclusively negative. This clinic for castration of a dog was recommended to us by friends, supposedly very good doctors and prices. The bells that something was wrong started with a phone call to the clinic, the administrator cannot provide any clear information "uh, I'm not a doctor, make an appointment," although I just wanted to clarify about the price of castration with cryptorchidism. I hoped (in vain) that such "administrators" had nothing to do with the competence and professionalism of the surgeon who would perform the operation and made an appointment anyway.
When taking tests before castration, I asked the price of castration with cryptorchid 2 times from the administrator. Who should I ask for the price if not from him? Come up with it yourself? The administrator had never heard of the concept of "cryptorchid" (very strangely, as if it were her job to advise visitors) and called a veterinarian. The long suffering was called 250 rubles for the entire operation. I checked several times because the price was higher in other clinics. As a result, they said the same price, 250 rubles. The administrator giggled when she found out what cryptorchid was (very professionally!)
The day of the operation. Nothing foreshadowed trouble. When the dog was taken away, the surgeon showed us the stitches and I wondered why there were 3 of them. Then at the moment I didn't even ask, because I was very worried about the condition of my beloved pet and wanted to take him home faster. We pick up the dog, come to pay and "420 rubles from you" :)
I am slightly at a loss why the price has increased x2, but for the same reason (the dog is still recovering from anesthesia and I wanted to bring him home as soon as possible) I do not specify anything and just pay.
At home, I already looked at the seams, I still couldn't rest why there were 3 of them. This is my first dog and I didn't know how it should be right or wrong, so I asked vet. the doctor we usually see from another clinic - is everything okay with the stitches. "The seams are terrible, sloppy and poorly sewn. Why there are 3 of them is unclear" - this is the answer I received.
When removing the stitches, I asked the surgeon why there were still 3 of them. "Yes, I cut it wrong at first, I mixed it up" HOW??? How is this even possible?! One extra incision due to the carelessness of the doctor! I don't know if it's a normal practice to "mix up", but I can't figure out how this could have happened in the first place.
When they already clarified with the administrator why they initially said one price, but as a result it was x2, they laughed and explained it by saying that the administrator girl only works on weekends and "oh haha, she probably took the price out of her head"
no regret in the voice, everything is fun and perky!) It's fun to have an extra inattentive cut!) Fun price x2!))
I highly do not recommend this clinic if you love your pet. If it were possible to put -100 stars, I would. The impressions were only negative. There is a complete misunderstanding where these would-be administrators were recruited and it simply does not fit into my head how such a doctor can perform operations.

All options were discussed and the decision was made by me. Alesya Nikolaevna performed the operation herself and everything went well. It's all over now. My pet is recovering.

I will never contact this clinic again. Even if she remains the last in the whole city. The price tag is unreasonably high, the administrator cannot even say the approximate amount before being placed in a hospital. Initially, 150 rubles were named, which later grew to 400. Did they take care of the pet? There are big doubts about something. They didn't even wash their ass properly before giving it to us. They took the tests, but I had to remind them about the results several times. Indeed, we did not give the go-ahead for them.
More humanity and competence will not hurt this office.
Oh yes, check your scales. A pet cannot lose 17% of its weight in 12 hours. After all, it is the weight that determines the dosage of the drugs that you are injecting! (Although do you enter it?)

I would like to express my gratitude to Tamara Igorevna, doctor of the VetCity Mestumrishvili clinic. They contacted her for the first time on February 11, 2024. On February 12, I already performed the first operation for a very difficult tooth extraction, the second operation was on March 3. The operations are complicated, very traumatic, and painful. But Tamara Igorevna did everything perfectly and brought our Kuzma back to life. There is nothing superfluous for money. Many thanks to all the staff of the clinic for feeding from a syringe, pricking, dripping, helping to give pills, etc., messing with us and with the seal. I recommend. Today, after going through two private clinics with indifferent doctors, my pets and I got to the VetCity clinic to see ornithologist Evgeny Petrovich. This is not an easy competent specialist with a thorough approach, but a person with a capital letter and not an indifferent heart. He gave my chick an hour of his time, but most importantly, he offered to pick it up and go out on his own. I have never met such doctors. Last night, our beloved cat died due to a mistake by the doctor of this clinic. They complained of poor appetite, lethargy, vomiting on the 1st day of the illness. I assumed another episode of pancreopathy. At the examination, the doctor listened to the cat - everything is fine, the temperature is normal, the sugar is normal, nothing was revealed on ultrasound. They took tests. But without waiting for the test results, the doctor prescribes a drip with sodium chloride, glucose and other drugs (although I said that the cat is still urinating, he is not dehydrated). During the IV, the cat has pulmonary edema! He's starting to choke! Then X-rays, oxygen, rescue attempts. After a few hours of oxygen, the pressure is high, the respiratory rate is high! They are re-sent for an X-ray - they show, they say, the swelling is less, go home. Here are 2 injections of furosemide. My son and I are in shock. The cat suffocates, claws from fear and lack of oxygen digs into the carrier... We were convinced that he would be breathing heavily, but he is stable... A couple of hours later, in terrible agony, our beloved cat died. According to the received indicators, it is clear that the cat has kidney problems... That's how a thoughtless IV killed a pet! Is that how it's possible? We have been in shock with our family all these days... Roman Sergeyevich Tereshko, I want to believe that you will stop at our terrible case and think about the fact that the life of a living being depends on your actions... And someone after us from the ponytails in your hands will remain alive and recover...

She asked to show the product and was told to "wait" by the doctor who did the procedure, he was kicked out of the "operating room" because he could not be present there, but when he needed to go to other patients, "go sit?" Seriously? You can't stay there, can you? If you are a doctor, then please perform this procedure from beginning to end. After the end of the procedures, I called a nurse who had no idea what to do with this poor animal. If we hadn't heard that it was necessary to remove the "catheter element" before giving it to us, we don't know what would have happened at home after this institution. There is a separate story about the calculation. Initially, one amount was counted, as a result, the price increased x2. Why can't we say that there are procedures that can exceed your budget? People go with their own budget. After refusing the procedure, the cost of the girl's words "100 rubles" was recalculated to 20 rubles.
It's terrible and unpleasant. If your pet is dear to you, think 100 times about whether it's worth going there and whether you can pay for everything they do.
It's not the first time I've been to vet clinics, but it's the first time I've encountered this.

It's a wonderful place. There is a parking lot. The specialist, Anna Sobolevskaya, answered all the questions very competently, carefully examined our dog, and vaccinated.
Compared to other clinics we have visited before, there is a much more attentive approach to clients. There is a loyalty program, a discount is provided already on the first visit. The clinic also works on weekends, which is an additional advantage. It is convenient that there is a pet store on site where you can please your pet with a new toy or treat.

The doctor looked and prescribed treatment for sore throat. It didn't help.
Doctors contradict each other. One says one thing, the other says another.
Let's go to another clinic. They immediately made the correct diagnosis, the throat turned out to be nothing to do with it.
We looked at the X-ray disc that was made in Vet City. We laughed, nothing was visible on the disk.If you get an injection, then Vet City will be able to do it, but no more. The cost of services is exorbitant and does not match the quality.
In general, they are promoted for money, but there is no treatment.

They urgently and very carefully examined the rodent (rat), X-rayed, listened, enlightened, weighed, clipped teeth, in general, everything was of the highest standard. They prescribed treatment with two medications and one medicine (namely veterinary medicine) could even be purchased there immediately on the spot. A very pleasant and competent doctor, thank you very much!
