Lately, I've only been asking for help here. I got into the picture for the first time, this clinic is one of three where you can take a picture. I liked the service, the staff was polite. As it turned out, they are not so expensive, reasonable prices. They had two surgeries. Special thanks to the Prince and I., who led us from the very beginning. Attentive and experienced. It happened that they didn't even take money for the reception. The only thing is, if you don't want to sit in line, it's better to make an appointment in advance.

We had no luck with a specialist. We went in the summer of that year. The cat was snorting and it was like vomiting. They thought there was a foreign body in the respiratory tract, examined it, but found nothing. They tried to take blood twice, but it didn't work out. Although the cat did not struggle to such an extent that a highly qualified specialist would not be able to take blood for analysis. They didn't take urine at all. We just listened and took the temperature. They made a diagnosis, it's unclear what, they just told me to take injections for three days. As a result, they injected either antiviral or antibiotics. It doesn't matter anymore, because it didn't help. Was it really impossible to take either feces or a smear for analysis, not to mention the blood that could not be taken. After showing the cat to a doctor at another clinic, they immediately said that it was worms. They were etched and the cat lives happily. I think it's absurd that without any tests, a cat is immediately prescribed drugs.

I was unlucky enough to come to this clinic with a serious illness. On the night of 10/23/2024, our dog was brought in with a very serious condition: bloody vomiting, diarrhea consisting of blood and blood clots. We sat waiting for about half an hour, I went to them, asked if they could accept, but they only said that we had to wait. As a result, we got an appointment with Kirill Leonidovich Krivonos. This "doctor" appraisingly and unhurriedly examined the dog's condition, at that moment she couldn't even hold back and blood poured out of her. The phrase just killed "well, yes. I see blood." As a result, they made a preliminary diagnosis of enteritis and parvovirus. No recommendations were given to us, they just sent us home with the words that we would need to put ivs, and what to do with the dog's condition is now zero words. At home at night, the dog vomited after every water intake. No one could tell her not to drink. They called another clinic and asked what to do. After that, we called the doctors at home for five days: first, the doctor put on an IV, and the second time in a day we did. We thought it would be better there, they would observe what is happening with the condition, but even here it is not. There were a couple of specialists who did a really good job and gave instructions on what to do next and how to be. The dog hadn't eaten for five days. Some said that she should be forced and forcibly shoved, but this only made her vomit. Zero effect. On the sixth day, we went to another clinic and there was already a full examination and recommendations. As a result, instead of treating him, we just wasted time and money and lost our pet's health. Minus three kilograms in six days. If they knew it would be like this, they wouldn't even go there.

It was the first time we applied to this clinic. A healthy cat was brought in to have a course of liver maintenance medication punctured. We do this every year. After the cat was pierced with injections after 4 hours, the cat became sluggish and could not jump. On the trail. During the day, the cat's temperature rose and small hematomas appeared, which they wanted to push to another clinic, saying that the cat got stressed there (they held him strongly), and because of this he had a hematoma. For 2 days, the hematoma spread throughout the cat's body and began to bleed. The doctors have been telling me to wait all this time, the hematoma will go away on its own. But at the same time they were stabbing something. On the 4th day, the cat did not get up, lay motionless, could somehow turn over. They took him to the clinic, where they put him in an oxygen chamber, it didn't help. The cat went blind, fell into a coma, and his skin began to crawl along with his fur. At the same time, the blood test was good and so was the breathing. But the cat was already a vegetable. I had to put him down. The diagnosis was never made, but only spread their hands. Then, on the X-ray, they told me to hold the cat myself, as you want, so that it doesn't move. Do you think I'm a veterinarian, and I should know how to keep an animal in an uncomfortable position and not move??? And the cat was twitching from the sharp sounds of the X-ray (which is logical).
But that's okay - the X-ray was just recorded on a disc, that's it! No description? To the question of why: well, if you had come to our clinic for an appointment, the doctor would have described it. It's just a snapshot.
Have you ever come to at least one clinic for an ultrasound/CT/X-ray to see a doctor separately to have it described to you??? No!!! Any examination is described by a radiologist!!

The animal was taken away through a scandal, they wanted to wait another day. They brought it to the vet dock. A completely different attitude towards an animal. And a completely different inspection. They immediately began to operate, despite the fact that the working day was over, they were brought 10 minutes before closing.

The clinic is terrible. Dmitry Gennadievich Ognev had a dog whose hind legs had failed. About 2 minutes after the reception, he offered to put her to sleep and not even do further research, behaved rudely. They refused to put the dog to sleep, everything was fine according to the analysis of the animal, only problems with the spine, why the doctor offered to put the dog to sleep several times during the reception is completely unclear, he did not write prescriptions for drugs, did not specify the exact dosage of injections. I do not recommend this doctor to visit. The next day I returned to get prescriptions and got to the doctor, Anastasia, I received a completely different review and no hints of euthanasia, thanks to Anastasia for the detailed, polite consultation!

They brought a one-and-a-half-year-old kitten, who has been bleeding from the anus for 2 days, and not just a little bit, but natural, scarlet blood, a whole puddle, the doctor found some remnants of fleas and prescribed OAK ROOT and stop diar, sent home, saying that these are parasites, when asked whether it is worth doing an ultrasound, replies that it is not necessary and if it does not pass in a couple of days, come again, a couple of days pass, the blood does not stop, again a visit and now again without ultrasound and proper examinations, droppers are made, they dig, as it turns out now with medicines that simply stop the blood and antibiotics, everything seems to be fine and kitty she is on the mend, but today she bled from her mouth and nose, the cat was brought to another veterinary clinic immediately, in which doctors are shocked, wondering why they did not do emergency ultrasound and internal organ examinations at the first examination, then the torment of yesterday's poor kitten begins, foam starts coming out of her mouth, they are taken to the intensive care unit and after a couple of minutes the kitten dies. We have lived the same life for only a year and a half, she is still quite a child, you have blood on you for killing a member of our family, if it were my will, I would take away licenses from all of you so that you would never touch a living organism again.

We were in this clinic several times, as a result, bronchitis was diagnosed, but only because I myself said that a similar cough to bronchitis means there will be bronchitis, the second time an X-ray was taken, they said that the heart was enlarged, they gave pills from which the dog was getting worse every day and the third time when we arrived they said that pills were not suitable for the dog, they told me that she did not have long left, and she would cough all the time. As a result, the dog died, I still don't know why. I do not recommend this clinic.

But the second time I had to apply urgently, I thought that the puppy had a tick, the service was very pleasant. They calmed both me and the puppy, there was clearly some other change of doctors.
