They treated the cat by phone, a nice woman, explained everything, performed the operation well, there were no complications.
Later, they asked about the vaccination for the puppy, they also answered all questions very politely.
My husband and I trust them.

They brought their Maine Coon for castration and blepharoplasty of the eyelid.The doctor castrated well, but the eye was not brought to a normal state, no anti-inflammatory drugs were prescribed after eye surgery.When the cat was brought back, again with a watery eye, the doctor promised to redo the operation for free.But it's not about finances anymore, it was a pity to torture the cat again, anesthesia again.We arrived in fact on the appointed day for a second manipulation - the doctor examined and it was already clear that he would not be able to fix the eye.I offered to cut my hair, when we were driving home, the cat got even worse, the eyelid was completely swollen, the eye did not open.They called another specialist, to which they replied that it was impossible to do this, they made it even worse for the cat.I am extremely dissatisfied with this clinic and specifically with the doctor.As a specialist in complex operations, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it!!!!!!

The clinic has good equipment, several qualified doctors.
But the service was extremely unsatisfactory. Sometimes it was simply annoying to have a complete lack of attention to the client, respect for him and his time. Poor organization of the workflow, combined with rudeness of the staff in some cases.
The animal was never saved, although the money was pumped out to the maximum.
Bottom line: the availability of equipment is the only advantage of the clinic.
