We took our dog here a week ago. Dog had a cough and was diagnosed with a virus (kind of a dog's flue). Doctor gave our dog about 5 different injections to cure it (no idea why so many but my husband just trusted their competence). After that dog vomited with the blood on their way home and became extremely weak, refused to eat any food (she is an ex-stay, so that was super atypical for her, she always eats anything with a huge enthusiasm any chance she has). This clinic offered us to bring her again for for glucose IV drip, but I had a strong doubt and took her to another clinic. According to diagnostic information (blood sample, x-ray, other analisys) from another clinic and our doctor in Russia: the injections from this clinic caused a severe gastritis deterioration. My husband mentioned during the consultation, that our dog has gastritis, but doctors didn't apparently take it into account selecting injections to make. Be careful when you are affered any treatment in this clinic. No injections should be made "just in case", a carefully choice of injection is a clue for a proper treatment.

Many thanks to the doctors of the veterinary clinic for their professionalism and attentive attitude. The cat was treated with severe constipation - the condition was terrible, but thanks to competent diagnosis, prescribed procedures and treatment, it was possible to do without surgery. As a result, we just sat in the waiting room and waited for 20 minutes while all the employees chatted in the next room. Perhaps the attitude towards animals is good, but by the time of their owners it is completely irrelevant.

An excellent clinic, friendly doctors with a wonderful attitude to animals, the cat forgot about stress because he was absorbed in the affection and warmth of all the staff. An accurate diagnosis was made, correct studies were carried out, and doctors clearly and without doubt guided their business. And as a result, my cat, who suffered from a cough for a long time, which was not detected by all the tests, since they were perfect, went into remission in just a month of treatment. I also note that prices do not bite, they did X-rays in 4 projections to make sure of the diagnosis, they made a discount and did not count 4 X-rays to the cost. They prescribed inexpensive but effective drugs and now my cat is healthy. They took the necessary pictures, explained and showed what to do and how to do it, prescribed injections. A few days later, the dog runs around as if nothing had happened.

Absolutely stupid, so-called "doctors". They can't get into the vein, they pierced all their paws, the three of them held the cat using so much force that they almost broke their paws when in another clinic one girl could calmly install a catheter without exerting any effort. They prescribed a bunch of useless studies, all kinds of ultrasounds, blood tests, when it was enough to study the symptoms and conduct neurological tests to identify the problem. These farmers with purchased diplomas cannot be called doctors by appointment. Do not waste money, and most importantly, precious time. Anything more complicated than vaccinations and castration is not in their competence, although I would not trust them with castration.

Dr. Armine gave injections, sent for ultrasound to the central clinic, called there herself, agreed on the time. She gave me recommendations for care. All with a friendly smile and a desire to help. Another plus is that the clinic is clean.
