The first impression is the most positive. All the staff are helpful and attentive, and it seems they love animals.
but! They treated an unexpectedly ill cat. We went to them for almost a week and gave them injections. The veterinarians did not pay attention to a number of symptoms. They often consulted in such a way that it was not audible what exactly they were saying and deciding. They do not warn about any possible risks.
The doctor promised that everything would be fine. That evening, the cat got worse – the next day the veterinarian found no reason to worry. At night, the cat had to call an ambulance. The doctors who arrived, after looking at the tests and appointments, were very surprised – it turned out that a number of prescribed drugs are dangerous for cats of her age and health status. She died the next day.
In Pride, the veterinarian does not admit his involvement in the incident. All the attention and responsiveness disappeared. No words of regret, no sympathy.
I won't go to this clinic anymore if I get another pet. And I won't recommend it to anyone. And you can judge for yourself.
