Disgusting! We took the cat to the hotel three times and asked him to get a haircut twice. For the first time, the owner insisted on a haircut from a veterinarian girl, as the male veterinarian, according to her, cuts disgustingly. We agreed and everything was great.
Having delivered the cat to this hotel twice, we were satisfied with the attitude towards the animal and the condition of the animal itself. Having surrendered for the third time, we saw their whole essence. Firstly, despite our request to give the cat to a veterinarian for a haircut, he was cut by a man who was extremely not recommended to us for the first time. Secondly, he was cut without anesthesia (although it was paid for). As a result, the cat has a terrible haircut. They took him away, pissed, smelly, without a toilet in a cage. The cat is in a state of extreme stress. The reaction of the owner was the most surprising. She shielded her male veterinarian with all her shoulders, tried to make us guilty and asked "what's wrong"? What's wrong with the fact that the service was rendered disgustingly, the cat is covered in urine and in the wildest shock? Despite the previous positive experience, we never set foot in this clinic again.

WHY IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO LEAVE AN ANIMAL IN THE MADAGASCAR VETERINARY CLINIC (43 Geroyev Stalingrad ave.)
They left the cat at the pet hotel. They returned her to us smelly, thin and with overstayed paws, although they discussed that they would walk with the animal 2 times a day! When they returned it, they asked us to sign a paper that we had no complaints about their work. They explained that this is a standard procedure (that we take a cat with a head, 2 ears, 4 paws and a tail). As it turned out later, other people who left their cat at this hotel were not asked to sign such a paper. This suggests that the employees were aware of the poor condition of our cat and insured themselves in this way. On the same day, she became ill and we asked them what was wrong with the animal, to which they replied that this was a normal condition after the hotel. The cat was getting worse (constant vomiting and bleeding from the butt) and the next day we took the animal to another veterinary clinic, where tests were immediately taken from us. According to the tests, we were told that the cat had a viral infection that was introduced during the stay at the pet hotel. The treatment was very difficult and long, as the internal organs were affected and even the veterinarians did not make any promises. She was given various ivs 2 times a day and 6 injections at a time. The animal miraculously survived. Now the kitty is on the mend. With my story, I want to save at least someone from the terrible, perhaps even fatal mistake of leaving my animal with these people!!! Never, do you hear, never mess with this vet clinic, and especially not with an animal hotel!!!!!take care of your pets!!! P.S. Treatment at the clinic cost 6000gr. and the Madagascar animal hotel refused to compensate for the costs!
