I liked the center, all the specialists are polite and friendly. A cardiologist arrives from Minsk, they do an ultrasound. The center is cozy, everything is conveniently located. The prices are affordable.
On September 22, we were back at the vet clinic. The staff is polite, attentive, you can get information on reception by phone, they will calm you down in such an exciting situation when a pet is sick. The prescribed treatment was immediately started, and the cat immediately felt better. At the clinic, you can take tests, do an ultrasound, and buy the necessary medicines. I was very pleased.

Hello.We visited the clinic with a kitten 4 times.After the last visit, I got the feeling that you only need to go to this place for routine checkups and vaccinations, but this clinic is not suitable for serious and emergency cases!The last request was on 01/18/2025.There were complaints of vomiting, refusal to eat and drink.At the same time, I emphasized that the cat periodically had difficulty breathing.We looked at the mouth and measured the temperature.But they didn't listen, but they immediately told me to drip, took the blood, and then they gave me more injections.They prescribed 50 ml of phys.the solution.As a result, only 38 ml were dug out!!!The remaining 12 ml. they said they would flush the system))While we were dripping, the doctor who saw us ran by.I said that I wanted to come over after the IV and clarify some questions.She said she would come to us herself.Unfortunately, that was our last conversation.After the IV, I was told that the doctor was busy)))But they offered to make an appointment with her the next day)))Unfortunately, it wasn't the doctor who interpreted the blood test for me, but the woman who put us on an IV.🤦Dear clinic, for the price I paid, I would like to immediately resolve all issues with the doctor and ensure that the treatment complies with the recommendations, and not instead of 50 ml(as prescribed by the doctor), they put 38 ml.Who is there to save on, poor animals?!?!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the New York Veterinary Center for their help, careful and affectionate attitude towards our kitty Buddy. The first time we came here was when our pet got sick: he didn't eat, drink, or react to anything. The center quickly made a diagnosis and prescribed treatment: IVs were installed. Our Friend has come to life. The doctor also gave recommendations for further treatment.
Now, when necessary, we take tests and do the necessary vaccinations only here. Because the reception quality is excellent! Thanks!

Not a clinic, but a circus. They asked for a blood test, and they said the doctor was busy. Somehow we agreed, we paid 35.55, we did an analysis, we didn't even decrypt it. The analysis was done just to do it, they took it from the front paw, also shaved off the fur on the paw, after the analysis a red spot appeared because the needle was pulled out quickly, although this is not acceptable in such a situation.

We constantly visit the vet clinic with a dog. A kitten appeared in the house and they also came here for the first inspection. They are always polite, tactful, listen to all complaints and questions from the owners about the health of pets. Special thanks to the attending physician Tamakhina Evgeniya Eduardovna. At the first examination, she carried out all manipulations without stress and discomfort for the kitten, gave recommendations for further vaccinations, sterilization and health maintenance. The store does not pull at the clinic at all ... yes, but not the clinic, the level of price and quality shocked me, there were a lot of diagnoses as according to a template and there is not a single clear answer on the basis of what and what figures this or that diagnosis was made, not a single picture was attached for comparison ..., but at the same time taken money is like for a human ultrasound in a good clinic .The question remains open who regulates prices in veterinary medicine, since such a thing is allowed on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.I would trust to operate ... God forbid ... a specialist who does not know the terminology and swims in clearly defined questions simply does not have the right to take a scalpel in his hands!

With a kitty (5 years old), we were observed by Minsk doctors, we went to the New York clinic for oxygen every day, I would never have gone to this clinic in my life, but only they have an oxygen chamber in our city, because 3 years ago they experimented on our kitty for a couple of months instead of to admit that they are powerless (by contacting Minsk, we were diagnosed with a common allergy).
Having brought the kitty for oxygen on 09/14/24 at 8:00, she was getting worse every minute (she usually felt better in the cell after 15 minutes), I asked the administrator (the only human soul in this clinic) for the doctor to examine the kitty, she said that the doctor had a tight appointment, but she would ask her to We should come over. By 09.00, the kitty had an attack, I began to beg in tears for the doctor to come up, only the nurse and the administrator ran up to us, gave an injection, measured the temperature (35.0), the nurse said that the kitty was dying. I was in tears all the time, I asked to call a doctor to resuscitate the baby, they told me: the doctor will come in 20 minutes, then in 5 minutes - neither in 20 minutes, nor in 5, nor even after more than an hour, the doctor did not come to the kitty. Although she periodically came into the room where we were and left.
I also want to mention the nurse who tried to help the cat, but at the same time told me 3 times that she couldn't inject the cat with anything other than a diuretic, she also asked why we didn't go to the clinic where we were being monitored, although she saw that without oxygen we wouldn't have taken the cat anywhere.
When I realized that the doctor would not come to us, I called my doctor, who said that it was urgently necessary to inject some kind of injection, but they told us that such an injection in the clinic was over. Then our doctor said that we would not save her if they did not immediately perform intensive care in this clinic, and it would be better, in order not to torment the baby, to agree to euthanasia.
I just begged the doctor to come over, my mother made a scandal, as a result, when we realized from their words and behavior THAT THEY DID NOT WANT AND REFUSED TO HELP US BECAUSE WE WERE BEING MONITORED IN ANOTHER CLINIC, we decided not to torture the cat and agree to euthanasia. AND ATTENTION, they also ran out of euthanasia products yesterday)))
We did not save kitty Knopa, I express my great "gratitude" for every inactivity of this clinic.

I have no idea who writes positive reviews about a place where animals are not treated, but maimed or finished off… The cat was brought only for catheter flushing. As a result, the cat frothed at the mouth, hallucinations began, and even began to attack us, the owners. To the repeatedly asked question, asking for an honest answer, what they actually washed the catheter with, they answered "nothing." We had to catch the cat ourselves in the office and pray that she would live on the way to the vet.
It is sincerely not clear how the employees of this institution can so calmly kill animals, while spending their piece of life studying what could save these animals.

I want to leave my feedback about this "clinic" (I don't want to call this place a clinic either)
Due to the inaction of the doctor of this place, we lost our kitty on 09/14.24. We brought her to the oxygen cabin, the kitty got worse, asked the doctor to come and help, she never came, can you imagine???
Within two and a half hours, the doctor did not come to us, the kitty was lost.
Avoid this clinic if you don't want to bury your pet.

We came to them because the cat needed urgent resuscitation (we were observed in Minsk), the administrator said that the doctor had a busy appointment, between clients he would ask her to come over. We waited in the oxygen chamber for more than two hours, and in tears I begged for a doctor to come to us. The doctor never came to us, the kitty died, she was only 5 years old.
A piece of our soul has died. Terrible and insensitive employees!

An extremely negative opinion remained about this center. On 08/24/2024, the dog was brought to this center. A dwarf pinscher was bitten by a German Shepherd. The damage is serious, including intestinal prolapse, covered in blood. In this center, they refused help, although I understand that everyone is busy, but they didn't even anesthetize and besides, they were rude. They were sent to Slutsk.

A month ago, a cat was treated in this clinic, the staff is polite, everything is fine except for one huge BUT which made itself felt only a month later. Our cat was infected with microsporia (lichen in the common people). Today, after visiting another clinic, it turned out only in Minsk that the focus of infection was on the paw, which was shaved with a typewriter in New York in order to take tests. To say that I'm in shock is not to say anything, now I have to disinfect the apartment and dump a lot of money for the treatment of the cat from lichen, thank you 👍

Not to mention the sky-high prices, there are no doctors there. Animals are treated at random, ultrasound is generally useless. In my case, they experimented on the dog, instead of saying that we can't do anything, take it to Minsk. Our poor dog lived in agony for 5 days. 31.12.2023 died!

On November 22, 2021, at the New York Veterinary Center in Soligorsk, my 10-year-old Yorkshire Terrier pet underwent surgery to remove a stone from the bladder measuring 15 mm., in parallel, castration and brushing of teeth under the same anesthesia. The operation and the postoperative period passed without complications! The dog is healthy and active!
Many thanks to all the staff of the center, the rescuers of my faithful friend! Very pleasant impressions were left about the wonderful team and the animal care center in our city!
