The clinic is super, and the staff is so golden! The clinic castrated and sterilized my dogs a year apart, everything was at a high level! No unnecessary expectations, everything is clear, we called back on time, reported everything necessary and gave recommendations. The individual characteristics of the dog were taken into account. We also take tests at the clinic, the results come quickly. Dogs are treated carefully and attentively.

I want to leave a review, both good and bad
This is our first vet clinic.
The first time I came here with my cat in a very bad condition. In which I had to have an emergency operation. I am very grateful to the doctors for this! They saved her.
However, a month later, there was a deterioration, we again went to the same clinic for a consultation, where we were told it was better to bring us to the doctor right away. We brought it. The examination began, after which the doctor suggested an ultrasound. They agreed, but he did it for a sooo long time, he could not understand what kind of white thread or is it an innate stripe, there are zero specifics. After that, it was said, you will take pills if the next day it does not get better, then repeat ultrasound and surgery. What kind of operation, why, any doubts about something or what, the doctor did not give us an answer to this. I just said about the operation and the price, well, it's 300 rubles somewhere.
And the whole examination was from the doctor, some kind of hee-hee-ha-ha
There is absolutely no specific answer to what can happen to her at all.
But at the same time they asked about food, maybe it's better to change or combine bread and dry, the answer was: "well, bread in the morning, dry in the evening" that's it. And constantly "well, these are cats, these are cats" and again hee-hee
It's not clear what's what. In general, they attributed a bunch of medicines. We paid 69p for ultrasound and injections
And they never heard a normal concrete answer at all.
Is it worth contacting here again, the big question is…

2. We needed a specific vaccine for the puppy, we learned in advance about its availability at this clinic and signed up for vaccination a week in advance. 3 hours before the vaccination, we received a call and were told that they had cracked it
Question: why did we sign up, specifically asked about a specific vaccine, so that 3 hours before admission, we were told, quote: "We are not waiting for you." Vaccination of puppies is important after a certain period, which is why we signed up in advance, they did not take and threw us on the day of vaccination! Wow!
We do not recommend it to anyone! No identification of needs, no benevolence, no conscience!

we took tests here before sterilization (we wanted to do sterilization, as the clinic was advised). they didn't give any comments on the tests, although before the test I clarified whether it would be possible to talk to someone after the results. at the ultrasound, the doctor was silent, did not comment on anything from the word at all, neither on the heart, nor on the abdominal cavity, nor on the organs of the reproductive system, he simply remained silent, although in another clinic they commented on what they saw, what they were doing, and so on. they don't answer the phone, they read on Instagram and don't respond to messages. the service is "excellent" 🤌🏻

On July 28, we went to the clinic with a cat whose behavior had changed. The cat did not eat, did not drink, did not react to anything, general weakness. At the reception, the doctor diagnosed "stress". When asked about additional procedures, such as a blood test or ultrasound, it was said that it would not make sense, since everything was fine outwardly. It was said to be monitored and given an antidepressant. In the evening, the cat got worse, and in the morning he died.
I give 1 star only for the fact that we were lent a carrier for a while

Then 5.50 for one injection with your own drug and syringe, then 3.50 for one injection, because you paid 10.90 for three injections.

Two months ago, I went to this clinic with my staff dog to an oncologist, the girl doctor prescribed us to do a hundred, but we only took tests and she treated them, neither ultrasound nor abdominal cavity looked and then in March on the 23rd we get an IV and the dog starts to lose weight, walk, etc., we we call the clinic, we come for a drip because the pet stopped eating on March 29, they take tests and put an IV, after that we come to pick up in the evening, they tell us the tests are good, everything will be fine tomorrow, come to us again at 9-30, but the dog dies at night ((((((( how so, the horror of the beloved pet was, there is no strength and to convey the words . If you wrote an answer to my review, then tell me everything as it was, and do not try to cover yourself here , and the owners are me, I treated the dog, and you ruined it and I do not advise people to go here. There is no experience in how to treat. You cover yourself with your answers , you took one medicine and the second as you did without ultrasound and other indicators , you even took the blood , the dog became ill and she just left in 3 days . It wasn't the treatment that didn't help him, it was you who didn't treat him correctly - the specialists. There is no faith in you and your clinic . You wrote in the papers that you measured his blood pressure and there was no such thing, you're lying all the time.

I don't want to write about the clinic in general, we ran into it once and lost a pet on March 24. On March 21, we were with the pug at a doctor's appointment with Popovich, we did an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity (the indicators of alkaline phosphatase were almost 3 times higher in biochemistry). I said that it seemed to have become difficult for the dog to be outside and breathe lately, the doctor felt his back and assumed that there was back pain, and therefore prescribed the painkiller previcox. the dog did not get better, every day it became harder and harder for him to go outside, after a walk he had severe shortness of breath. we were able to make an appointment for a repeat appointment only on Sunday with the same doctor, but after learning that there was no X-ray in the clinic, we went to another doctor in another veterinarian, at 12.40 another veterinarian actually stopped the dog's heart on an X-ray due to pulmonary edema. it's very hard to write, because it was my favorite, and I still can't accept that the doctor didn't even suggest something else, although I said that he had a shock, shortness of breath, some kind of expectorant cough appeared.

I turned to an oncologist in May, a tumor of 1 cm was found in the cat, because I was afraid to do surgery to my kitty, I asked it urgently, she was 10 years old then, turned 11 in August, the doctor replied, you can still observe, it's still a small lump and there are no important organs nearby, they are all far away,that is, the location is not the worst, of course I thought later, but the lungs are somewhere nearby, the lump was on the second breast, but since the doctor said so, I calmed down , in six months the lump became 1.5 cm , I had an operation , not yours, before the operation X-ray ,ultrasound everything is clean , and 2.5 months after the operation, she died and another oncologist told me that maybe you had unnoticeable metastases , the average size is still the first stage up to 2 cm, but from above where you have the most dangerous place, even a small tumor can metastasize immediately into the lungs bypassing the lymph nodes, unlike if it were lower, so what is possible is that because of your oncologist, I lost time without immediately doing the operation and, on the contrary, I calmed down that the location of the tumor was still successful, thinking that I could take my time, of course it could have been such a rapid relapse, I definitely will not know now

11.09. I applied to the A-Vet for the sterilization of the dog (York. 1.8kg) and brushing teeth. I was very scared. But after talking with Dr. Andrey, all the worries went away. We did a heart screening and tests on the day of the operation. Everything went great. The dog was returned, of course sleepy after anesthesia, but in a couple of hours she slept off and everything became fine. The next day they came for an examination. On the fifth day, too. They were examined by different doctors, but everything was sensitive and, most importantly, with understanding. They understand how we, the owners, worry about our beloved pets.

05.05.2023 applied for the first time to the veterinary clinic "Avet" with a German Shepherd. This clinic became the fifth in which we were finally able to really help and save the dog's life. In four clinics in Minsk and the region, we were offered only the euthanasia of a dog, as the only possible and "best" solution according to "specialists". It was our first time in this vet clinic. I really liked it. The veterinarian was attentive, responsive and gave detailed advice on the illness of our baby Chihuahua. All the tests were passed the next day. We were a little late, but they waited for us - thanks a lot for that! The laboratory assistant took the blood so carefully that the dog did not even twitch
