06/18/2025 we visited this VET station with a dog. A very pleasant and friendly receptionist. There is a waiting room. Everything is clean, even if it is not a steep repair. There were the second ones in the queue. Doctor Majorov examined the dog, gave competent advice, explained everything in detail and even taught how to give the injection correctly. (by the way, everything worked out the first time) the dog didn't even twitch, although it's a coward). The price tag is very affordable, no unnecessary research, unlike in private clinics. There is also a very nice girl at the vet pharmacy. All employees are in a good mood, no negativity. We were very satisfied with the reception and proper treatment. Now our dog feels great. Thank you from Rummo and Buffy. Now if anything, it's just for you.

Unlike the "sprawling" VET clinics, where they are more concerned about how to give the owner coffee with champagne, but at the same time they cannot put an IV drip on the cat. It is a blessing that there are still such places and such doctors in Minsk!

There were risks with anesthesia during surgery. We were very worried. However, the doctor's golden hands, competent approach and experience did their job - the operation went very well! After the operation, the cat was put on a drip for a faster recovery. During the appointment, the doctor communicates with the animal, calms it down. I thought that such sensitive professional doctors could not be found now. Moreover, the doctor, in addition to information on how to take care of the animal after surgery, told about the proper nutrition of the pet, about the characteristics of the breed, answered all our questions. The next day, our baby fully recovered from the operation and feels great. Thanks to Dr. Alexander Leonidovich. This clinic was visited for the first time, but the cleanliness, comfort, professionalism of the doctors and the attitude towards clients surprised me very much. Now we will always contact you.

We were by appointment, given the vacation period, we had to wait. They did ultrasound brushing of teeth under anesthesia for a kitty. I really liked the doctor - Viktor Gennadievich Zhukovsky., thank him very much! Overall, all the staff is good. They don't like to accept patients from other areas, but they didn't refuse us.

A male person sits at the entrance and asks if the cat has been vaccinated against rabies? I'm saying that I just picked him up from the street. Naturally, he doesn't have any vaccinations. It's obvious. They told me what if he had rabies? That is, I caught him, brought him, I'm not afraid, but is that "doctor" afraid? And that's it! They didn't even want to examine him. And how do they think animals are taken from the street? They are also taken to the vet clinic to see a veterinarian for an examination. I didn't even say that I've been looking after this cat on the street for six months and, apparently, I'm alive and well, otherwise the DOCTOR was so scared of rabies! I have 2 cats picked up on the street, they were always immediately taken to normal clinics for an initial examination, no one ever refused. So think about it, it's worth taking your pets to clinics where there are real veterinarians who love animals, or to those who just sit, it's unclear why.

An operation was urgently needed (02/15/2024), an antibiotic injection was given and sent in the evening to look for a surgeon in the city who would perform the operation. The ultrasound room and the surgeon did not work on site, according to the doctor on his weekends. As explained in another clinic, "a couple more hours and our pet would have already died, and the doctor could have performed the operation thereby preventing rupture of the uterus and thereby peritonitis, since they have the same education, but he was just too lazy." But at least thank you for the injection. The staff is polite. There was only one couple in line. It looked clean, there was no unpleasant smell. I don't want to come back after such a story.

Calmly, with a description of the process and instructions for future actions. The only caveat, it is very important!!! You cannot pay with a card. ATMs are far away. So prepare the cash. Before chipping, drive the worms for 10 days. Chipping a cat /cat 55 rubles Vaccinations the next day are 45 rubles. Then, 5 days before leaving abroad, we arrived and got another vaccination. Important! Only on weekdays do such vaccinations. Thanks to such good doctors! On the 2nd floor there is the last office on the left.
