Good morning. I read reviews, but I want to write my own. I very rarely write them. Everyone has different situations, but our cat was rescued here. Before that, we were offered to put the cat to sleep in two veterinary clinics (she fell from the 5th floor), they said she was breathing hard, she would not live, and no one talked about dislocating her jaw. We went to the clinic on 06/03/2024 with a Labrador Retriever dog. The dog has no appetite, the temperature is 40.1.When examining the dog, I tell the veterinarian that there is a neoplasm in the area of the dog's breast that has increased in size and I make the assumption that the dog's painful condition may be caused by it. The doctor takes a swab for pyroplasmosis (tick) . The analysis is positive.The doctor gives injections for the treatment of pyroplasmosis, we are leaving. On Wednesday, 05.06. we come to the clinic again, because the dog's condition has worsened. The doctor gives injections for pyroplasmosis (stage 2 of treatment, which should be on June 7-8. I ask the doctor if it is possible to do a breast ultrasound in their clinic. Since the neoplasm in the dog increases in size. The veterinarian's answer is yes, but you need to donate blood. But the device for determining blood parameters is under repair. As a result, the next day, 06.06 we go to another clinic, take tests. We do an ultrasound, the dog has an abscess in the breast area. We are undergoing treatment, daily morning and evening ivs, antibiotics. The treatment cost a lot of money. And all this happened due to the negligence and inattention of the doctor of the clinic on the Chaussky highway. Moreover, they passed an analysis that confirmed that the dog does not have a tick and did not have one. The result of visits to the clinic on the Chaussky highway is wasted money and lost time. I really blame myself for trusting this "clinic". I treated the cat for sand in the kidneys with the "help" of these "doctors" - it did not help... The cat died in agony... I lost my best friend and a dear family member...

The doctor gave cortexone an injection, saying that the medicine was potent. I prescribed a repeat injection after 10 days and a spray for the wound. When they took the cat home, she was no longer as active as before. After a while, the cat began to fade in front of her eyes, lost her eyesight, and her pupils were almost constantly dilated. She began to walk with difficulty. It was obvious how she was suffering. The cat was brought back to this clinic and another doctor prescribed more injections and pills, saying that she had a stroke-like condition. The cat died soon after. Why was such a potent medicine prescribed to an elderly animal? It would be better if we treated this wound ourselves somehow or went to another clinic. I feel guilty, bewildered and heartache that I did not protect my pet.

Lichen was not found.Since we had already treated the cat for lichen, but in another clinic, Dr. Sergeich (as the girl called him) said that I needed to go to the place where we treated the cat, to the question whether it was possible to wash it. But when I was already leaving, he followed me and told me to buy the drug from them. The girl who was counting on me showed me her displeasure with her whole appearance. I do not advise you to go there on this issue!

It's a disgusting clinic. The doctors couldn't even do a good full examination, 10 minutes for the whole appointment is just a nightmare. What diagnosis the girl told them, they wrote that, but they didn't even think about the other, and they didn't even clean at least a little and didn't examine the skin of this cat. "Ay, he's a street guy, who needs him, and that'll do. Yes, and the girl is young, we will ride over her ears, she won't understand anything anyway," probably such thoughts were in the mind of a man who is still trying to call himself a doctor. It is a pity that then an adult was not with her at the reception, then you would not have treated the examination so negligently, you would have looked inside and out. If they had examined the skin, the cat could still live to this day. Such a clinic does not even deserve one star. I would never advise anyone to bring their pets here.

I was very advised by this veterinarian (mb by acquaintance), but my impressions are rather unpleasant. They didn't give me a blanket, even when I asked to buy it myself, they said not at all. And they advised to process it only with vodka. I asked again 2 times and asked if it could be chlorhexedine, but they said no, "vodka!". The next day I bought a blanket, but it was too late, because the cat is very active and the seams have already split. I was very worried about her and decided to contact Bazylevsky just in case. Where they were just shocked by vodka and the fact that they say a blanket is not needed. They gave working recommendations, if there are complications, they will still have to be re-sewed. But now I am calm for the cat, as I compared the warm attitude and competence of the doctors in Bazylevsky and the most indifferent attitude to the animal on Chaussky sh. 4. I am grateful for the operation, but I no longer trust my kitty.

The result of the treatment is the burial of a dog and a cat in 5 years. There are no diagnoses - they heal to death. Instead of taking a blood test and objectively looking at what's wrong with the animal, they rely on external signs. 3 months ago, the cat survived only due to the fact that I insisted on an analysis (they were treated for the wrong reason for a week). I buried the cat today. Yesterday they gave the cat 5 injections again without tests (I didn't wear it) and today he couldn't get up. If I risk having another animal, I will bypass this "clinic"
