In general, everything is fine. But the only "but". They add additional services, as it turns out to be completely unnecessary, and put them in front of the fact already at the checkout.
I signed up for preoperative tests, they said 5000 on the phone, 20,000 were withdrawn at the counter when paying, they explained this by saying that "well, at the request of the client, they also make a transcript for pedigreed cats with suspected heart threshold." Attention introductory notes: a young non-pedigree cat, with excellent blood pressure, I did not ask for an additional transcript. In general, of course, thank you, but to leave 4 times more than stated - they warn about this and ask if I need such additional services.
