There is no security, the room is shabby, there is no water in the coolers, there is no kettle, the bed linen is outdated. The entrance door to the room has holes, in the corridor you can observe what a person is doing in the room, there is nothing in the bathroom, it smells. A hairdryer and a kettle can be borrowed from the reception. We were told that it was an economy. This is the 6th city that we visited and stayed in rooms of the same category. There were no places in other hotels. I don't recommend it. It's dusty and dirty. The elevator is sometimes working, sometimes not. We lived on the 7th floor.

A hotel to stay one night. It takes about half an hour to walk to the center. If the room faces the river, then keep in mind that there is a railway bridge nearby with quite heavy traffic and the rumble of passing trains. You won't be able to eat properly either, because only the buffet works.

We stayed one night. All in all, it's not bad for one night. Everything you need to eat, bathroom accessories, towels, a warm blanket. There are no disposable slippers. The carpet is a little dirty. The furniture is old, but the bed is comfortable. The TV is new, many channels + Internet cinema. The bathroom is without complaints, everything is clean and new. There is a refrigerator. The lock in the door is stuck, old, needs to be replaced. Another disadvantage is the old creaky elevators. The breakfasts are good. Everything is delicious, the staff is friendly. It is a pity that there are two adults + a child from the company, we were settled in two rooms on different floors. I would like to be in the same room, but they did not provide an extra place. We spent the night in room 803.
Overall, I would rate our overnight stay a B-minus.

We stayed in the Studio room. The room is very beautiful in an old style. The room was perfectly clean. The bathroom had all the toilet amenities for a comfortable stay. Such as lotion, gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, comb, toothbrush and even a shaving machine

I was there for 2 nights at work and I will inform you the following: the condition of the rooms is very weak, dirt, scuffs and dirty carpet all over the floor (vacuumed, but not cleaned). Unfortunately, the windows are dirty and not washed, tulle, curtains, in sadness. The linen seems to be new, but not fresh from the word at all. The bathroom is tolerable, but without amenities. My colleagues said that their TVs in their rooms were non-working. The smell of the room is tired. The impression is that the rooms of the type are cleaned, but not controlled by anyone. At the reception, the girls are friendly, sociable at work, without delays and problems. A dining room, a bar for three, when visiting, you need to call them and warn them about your appearance, breakfasts are served only in principle in prepared portions (as indicated in the list of portions, it will be so, you cannot change something in places). The taste of cooking is tolerable, but without relish. One of the advantages is that the exterior of the facade is not repulsive, birds are singing, there is a green area around. Taxi access to the very entrance.
You can live, but without the buzz.

We were in the city one day, looking for a place to spend the night and drive on. The hotel is perfect for this. They called the reception late, told us everything, booked a room (there are no triple rooms, you need to take two: double and single). The economy option was well suited for unpretentious guests: clean bed linen, bathroom accessories (shower gel, shampoo and soap, towels), there was a TV (did not work), a refrigerator (did not check). One of the rooms had a balcony. The rooms are stuffy, there are no screens on the windows. Bottom line: it's perfect for one night, it's not up to me to decide further.

There is a cooler on each floor, and there is water there too. The keys to the ngmer are great - with a weight. There is Internet, but in places. The reception is separate, but everything is fine here. In general, the place is quiet and peaceful. The restaurant is open, but according to its own schedule. It is better to specify when they can feed. But if you are late for breakfast, they can give you scrambled eggs and bacon, and if you ask, they will bring bread with coffee. Let's go back to the room. There was no air conditioner in the Lotus, and no kettle either. But there was a glass and bed linen. Refuel or not is your choice.

The location is normal.Taxis in the city are less than 100 rubles for our money. We ordered through the Yandex taxi app. Ride-I don't want to! Local goods are cheaper, imported ones are more expensive than in Russia. I will be happy to return to this hotel.

When extending the room for another day, no one came, the garbage was not taken out, new soap bags were not brought. We were also very surprised at the reception, how did they not bring you? It's like I'm making a joke. On Saturday, the restaurant was fed, despite the fact that the factory was rented for a birthday. But on Sunday, the restaurant closed after lunch. And no one warned about it anywhere. And finding a cafe to eat nearby is another quest. Well, that's how it is.

It is sad that either the staff is forced to write good reviews, or those who put 4-5 stars have never traveled further than Vitebsk Vetraz Hotel. In a word, it's terrible. And it's not that you go back 40 years. There are a lot of such "time machine" hotels in Belarus and I have been to many of them. But it's just dark here🤦🏻♂️
The first is dirt. She's everywhere. On the walls, in the bathroom, toilet, on the floor. This is dirt that has not been cleaned for years. You don't need a lot of money to be clean: it's enough just to do a thorough cleaning not only in the center of the room but everywhere. The stuck dried hair in the bathroom drain is proof of that.
The second is the bed linen. It's made of synthetics. Get ready to be electrocuted. After bed, you get up and your clothes stick to your body from static electricity. The age of the underwear is unknown.
The third is towels. I'm afraid to imagine what was done to them and what was NOT done.
The fourth is audibility. At the moment, some drunk guy is yelling obscenities. Someone is unhappy with the noise knocking on the wall. This is probably happening above the floor. The source cannot be determined.
This hotel needs to be demolished and in its place to build a Windbreak 2.0, because IT is already unrealistic to wash IT.
