The dog was hoarse. My mother took me to another one first, but they couldn't take a picture there. They were sent to the Vet Center for Korolev. By the time the pictures were taken, there are no problems, but as it turned out, these 2 clinics had some disagreements and the "owner" of this clinic almost said to his face, "let's do as we did with our patients."
That is, they bring a dog to cure and after these words it is unclear what to expect.
Their "war" between clinics should in no way concern ordinary people who came with a kind soul and with a problem.
Definitely not recommended!

They wrote down all the information about the rat, the care, the name of the owners, put the wand in their mouth and took it to the picture – not a word about what might be with it and why, took 2 pictures – also without asking me anything. It turned out to be a tumor. They demanded 45 rubles for consultation + pictures. Not a word from the inspection, they rip off the money just like that. Don't waste time, money and nerves, don't go there.

I went to the clinic with a dog, my hind legs began to fail. We took a picture, we didn't really understand anything from the picture. The next day they scheduled tests, they said the tests were good. It means that the nerve is clamped, they have convinced that everything is being treated. I am happy with a package of injections, pills and with a minus on the card of 196 rubles. I went home. In the evening they told me to give a pill, I gave it and after half an hour the dog just started agony. At night I rushed to the clinic on duty where they immediately told me that the dog had disgusting tests, I brought them with me and that they showed a bladder failure. The question is, are you dear doctors set up for treatment or pulling money? I think the answer is obvious. After torturing the dog for a day, today I had to put it down, and I died with it. So burn in hell for all the ruined tails!

They brought a stray cat today, found a crumb on the street, came to find out what was wrong with it, as a result, they gave us an injection without voicing the price, (maybe we wouldn't have this money) and I paid 45p for the inspection for what???? I didn't understand at all. So also upon arrival home, I realized that the kitten's front paw does not work at all, which they also did not tell us, although if they were different, they could have looked at the price normally! The sad story of our pet cat prompted us to give our feedback about this organization.
I couldn't help but speak out. It's like a requiem for our beloved animal, who lived with us for 17 years and who died the other day. About the "Gregory and Alexander veterinary clinic", despite the fact that our cat lived a lot, we knew only from the words of our friends. And if you compare it with the score, it was 1-3 not in their favor. Last year, our cat underwent surgery at another veterinary clinic to remove a tumor on her abdomen and this year the tumor resumed again.
Why we turned to this particular hospital, and not to another, despite the fact that we had heard about it, I still cannot understand, but it happened and at the same time we were not interested in money issues, we were ready to pay how much we needed. "Dr. Gregory", according to friends, was more "tough, less sincere and attentive to animals" than "Dr. Alexander".
Therefore, we tried to get an appointment with him for the first time after waiting in line for two hours.
But "Dr. Alexander" briefly looked at our cat for no more than five minutes, immediately lost interest in her and made it clear to us that everything was bad. I understood that he would neither offer nor do anything, everything was clear to him.
Here is the whole reception at "Dr. Alexander". Of course, the case is complicated.
Here "Dr. Gregory" intervened, who, on the contrary, was convincing, assertive and revived our hope. We agreed on the date of the operation, Grigory outlined a course of preparation for the operation, the day of the preliminary preoperative examination. However, our cat's tumor opened earlier and on the day of the preoperative examination on 05/07/2016, again after waiting in line for many hours, Grigory offered to perform the operation immediately. Again, he was professionally convincing, described the consequences of surgical laissez-faire, the risks of the operation itself at the age of our cat, the methods that he would apply during the operation itself.
We hesitated, realizing the difficulty of making a decision. But we decided anyway, let her have at least some chance, than just after living a little, she will just get infected in a week and then the outcome is certainly clear.
The operation on 05/07/2016 lasted more than two hours, and we walked around the neighborhood, worried about our cat. According to Grigory, the operation was successful, but we understood the main thing after that. And so it was. For two days, day and night, my wife and I literally did not leave Kotya's side, she was very ill, and we did everything as Gregory ordered us. To his credit, we were on the phone with him almost constantly and received new "introductory" care for her. It was a weekend. But the cat was getting worse.
On the morning of 05/09/2016, Grigory on the phone offered to come to their hospital for an examination, "Dr. Alexander" should be there, he himself was absent from the city. We called Alexander, reminded him of "our case", asked about the reception schedule and asked to be admitted, if possible, without long queues due to the complexity of the case and the serious condition of the animal. In response, they heard the callous and soulless "We have a common queue and everyone with their own complex diseases." It was a shock for us, given our condition.
We hoped that they would remember us, because we don't think that many operations of such a complex nature and complex condition of the animal have been performed in this veterinary clinic in order to forget about our case.
But "Dr. Alexander", judging from his answer to us, did not care who we were, and what kind of problems we had there. And this is instead of expressing participation and at least saying "of course, we will quickly see if necessary, if there is not something even more difficult, or something more complicated, etc." Because we saw earlier that many patients do not need emergency care. Believe me, this is objective, and not based on the principle that everyone believes that their disease is more severe than others.
The duty of a true doctor is to remember all his serious patients, take care of their condition and assess this condition, determine the need for emergency admission and examination, or even medical intervention in relation to other patients in the same queue without detracting from the need to help other patients. Most likely, "Dr. Alexander" felt that since he did not perform the operation, then he did not care about us and the condition of our animal. And he had already spoken earlier about the hopelessness of the case.
To our horror, our cat died literally in our arms, at the moment when we were urgently going to see "Dr. Alexander" after calling the hospital. So the objectivity of the "severity of our case" was resolved. And Alexander was lucky because if this had happened in a queue waiting for an appointment with him, then I emotionally explained to him how to be attentive and helpful and determine who is a difficult patient.
And more. Dr. Gregory, after all the positive things on his part, called us back and did not ask about the fate of his "patient". Clearly, he understood everything. But where is the professionalism, which is not only in working with a scalpel, but also in sympathy with the death of the "patient". Yes, these are only animals, but those who have lived with their pets for many years will understand what I am talking about in this case and what I would like from the "doctors".
