We bought a Torino bed. The price is great. 800 rubles. We went to the store to pick up the goods, the seller saw us, but there was no reaction. I ran around the store with papers for 10 minutes. My wife and I are standing and we don't know what to do. As a result, I couldn't stand it, went for a walk around the store, saw the second entrance and the second seller. She was free. He said he had to take the bed.
As a result, everything is in order, the product has been checked. Everything is fine. A defect was found during the assembly of the product. One drilled hole in the metal frame was missing. They called the store, and after 3 minutes they called the collectors. The man was polite, at first he thought we did not assemble it correctly, but eventually apologized, said that their joint.
Without hesitation, I took this card, went to the store, gave it to the collector. After 10 minutes, the part was already taken out with a hole. In response, I'm not sorry, neither please, nor goodbye. The level of service is lame, to put it mildly.
I liked the furniture itself. Simple and convenient. It looks sturdy.
