We lived in a hotel and used a cafe in October 2024. There are no complaints about the kitchen (dishes), cleanliness and comfort of the place. But there is a disadvantage in the service. Often there are no clean dishes in order to simply put food on the breakfast buffet. Sometimes there are no cups for porridge, then plates, then cups for coffee and tea. When contacting the staff, you get a dry answer: "Wait, they will be here soon" and ... it soon turns into 10 minutes or more! And they bring only a few pieces (8-10) and the dishes immediately run out and you have to wait again for at least an amount of time.

Excellent hotel, beautiful spacious rooms, bathroom is also spacious, everything you need is there, even bathrobes) daily cleaning, water, tea in the room, updated every day. Comfortable beds,, after long walks in Minsk, slept like the dead))))) and excellent breakfasts. Delicious, satisfying, varied, a lot of useful things, those who follow the diet will find something to eat)

The hotel is great. We were passing through Belarus. The Twin room is great.
The breakfast is very good and delicious and varied. But!
Such a big hotel and only two coffee machines. Huge queues. And what surprised me the most was that there weren't enough cups for the guests and they brought cardboard cups!!!!.
