The service is disgusting, they lied upon check-in (about 8.30 pm), which gives us the last room of the selected category - a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard! After our long explanations that we have been coming from St. Petersburg for 4 years in a row on May 9 not for the sake of a view of the courtyard - we were given a room on another floor, overlooking the park (from here you can always see the fireworks). Question: why lie about the last one? We explained that we had booked in advance, 2.5 months in advance. The refrigerator in the last room does NOT work, i.e. it is heated, so I had to ask for ice to cool a bottle of sparkling wine. They brought it for two days, and on the third day they said that this was not provided in a 4-star hotel, only when buying alcohol at the bar. For me, this became a strange statement, because if there is ice and it is brought in a 3-star hotel. Unpleasant impressions, we will no longer stay at this hotel, it gets worse from year to year.

Polite, pleasant to communicate with and competent staff from senior positions to performers (we collaborated on the organization of the celebration). Individual approach, patience and tact in relation to the "whims" of the customer. And as you know: "It's not a place that makes a person beautiful, but a person is a place" 😉
And now about the place itself: neatly, cleanly, harmoniously combined style and comfort in the interior. A wide range of dishes that we tried - everything was delicious.

A complete lack of understanding of what a service is!
To begin with, there is no understanding at all in the restaurant about a clean plate of guests, so you ate a salad (or did not eat it) in the same plate it is meant to put snacks, watermelon... They brought the hot stuff, the same story... that is, only two plates per guest for a banquet from 16 to 2 o'clock... maybe I would like to eat something, but putting fish in watermelon juice is such a thing... guests need to ask for a plate change.
There are also no plates on a high leg, sliced dishes and snacks were placed on top of glasses, the guest pins a sausage on a fork and this oscillating structure collapses, dishes break, dishes are billed, is this such a scheme of earnings or what? Put normal dishes so that people feel comfortable.
The hostess of the evening should also control the availability of all drinks on the table, there is no hope for the staff.
The flowers lay for more than four hours while we took turns running around asking to put them in the water! It's a celebration, it's clear that they will give flowers - get ready in advance!
We will not return a second time and will not recommend this place to anyone.
