I give three stars because the hotel does not deserve more in the literal and figurative sense of the word. The rooms are not cleaned (they were taken for 3 days) even if you put up a sign with such a request. The staff is not particularly polite and friendly. Electronic keys are demagnetized (twice in three days), one name from the SPA, a tiny hammam and a small sauna to a huge hotel! There was a serious queue in them in the evening, everyone couldn't fit inside. In fairness, it should be noted the advantages: a good buffet, rooms are still alive, a good pool, there is a gym.

Expensive and pretentious. I didn't like it. They gave me a spa. But we have to go to another building. In winter and in strong winds, I don't really want to. The changing room is a sauna across the street. And the food in the restaurant is delicious.

Great hotel! Clean, large, cozy rooms. A chic buffet with a wide selection of dishes! The staff is good-natured and friendly. The SPA is great. Swimming pool with hydromassage, Finnish and Turkish baths, Jacuzzi. My wife and son and I were very satisfied.

Spacious rooms, excellent spa complex, convenient logistics, free Parking.
We stayed for 2 days, we are happy with everything, the children did not get out of the pool. Good price/quality ratio.
The breakfasts are no frills, but quite tasty.

We booked a room before the trip with one double bed. In fact, the room turned out to have three separate beds, the hotel staff did not solve the problem in any way and was rude. The room itself leaves much to be desired, everything is old and dirty!!! The beds are terribly uncomfortable!!! The cost for the New Year holidays is piled up several times!!! I do not recommend the hotel!!! The staff is terrible!!

A very absent-minded girl at the reception got caught. We were with my family in May, arrived at two o'clock in the morning. First, she moved my sister and me into the wrong room (one double bed instead of two single beds). We went down and changed it. But then I had to go down again because there was only one set of towels in the room. On the second day, the key (the only one!) I stopped opening the door — we went down to the reception, it turns out that the girl set the wrong time for eviction (four days earlier).
It's unpleasant, but not critical.
But the presence of wool in the room — on the carpet, on the bottom shelf of the cabinet — that was a so-so surprise. Plus, there was gum glued to the bedside table under the TV — how could it not be noticed when cleaning is a big question.
The trip fell on stuffy days, and the air conditioner in the room did not cool down at all — it just drove the heated air, so we were all wet in the morning. We were told at the reception that there was nothing they could do about it.
The pool and sauna with a hammam pleased us — we went early in the morning, there were two or three people besides us, no one bothered anyone.
The breakfasts are also delicious, omelets were fried to order, there were always fruits, a large selection of tea, the only thing was that sour oatmeal was served one day.
The impressions of the trip to Belarus are vivid, but if we eat next time, we will definitely choose another hotel.
Two stars only for the awesome view from the window and the sauna complex.

A wonderful place! We celebrated the New Year by ourselves from Moscow! The wonderful staff, the receptionists are simply golden! They will always smile, tell you, the atmosphere is what is called "like at home"! New Year's Eve is on top! Buffet, everything is Delicious! An entertainment program for every taste and format! Nice hotel, spacious rooms.

Sometimes there is no refrigerator in the room, sometimes there is no shampoo, then the air temperature control does not work, etc. Breakfast - all dishes are cold, apparently they are prepared the night before. There are absolutely no teaspoons - they say everything was stolen. Dirty dishes are cleaned only after treatment. This means that there is no good manager.

Everything is fine. There are no complaints. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is friendly. I only have a few suggestions. Make handles on the massagers in the pool. Remove the artificial fern from above. It does not decorate, but makes the interior cheaper. And it is not very convenient to wash in the bathroom of the room because of the glass. Either the glass should be on the entire bath, or replace it with a curtain. This, of course, looks very nice, but in fact it is inconvenient.

We booked a hotel for 4 guests- a suite, moreover, which is 2 times more expensive than regular rooms. We have received confirmation from the hotel for two adults and two children. Upon arrival, we were given a room for three guests, which allegedly we booked a room for three. The room had one pillow for two children and only 3 sets of towels. To my indignation, the receptionist at the reception replied that our room was reserved for three, "rolled her eyes" and said that there was nothing she could do. I showed the reservation for 4 guests, I had to bring a pillow from another room, and the fourth set of towels was promised by the chief administrator Anastasia only the next day. However, initially Anastasia did not communicate with us, but another madam and did it in a rude way.
I can't understand at all, if we have a paid and confirmed room for 4 guests, why should I go and beg for supplies for four? Why aren't they in the room? 🤷♀️
Addition: as a result, in the evening of the same day, they still brought us a fourth set of towels. I do not know for what purpose the senior administrator Anastasia said that it was impossible to do this, apparently she was asserting herself in this way. In hotels, you often encounter such situations, they always apologize and bring me why this is happening here, I do not know, probably this is a question for the administrators who work there- I do not want to approach them once again, they should take part in solving problems, as it happens everywhere, but they create them.

We stayed at the hotel from 07.08 to 11.08., we were checked in before 14:00, thanks a lot for that, because we were tired after the road. The hotel has a multi-storey parking lot, which is very convenient, but for some reason they did not explain to us at check-in that the key card to the entrance to the room was charged and at the entrance to the garage and the disgruntled guards had to open the barrier for us themselves. I didn't understand why they couldn't explain it to us themselves.
Our room was nice, very spacious, a large bed, a table with armchairs, a desk, a refrigerator and kettle area, a huge closet and a bathroom, but it was very dirty.
The floors were obviously not vacuumed, the cups were stained with coffee, and the glasses were stained with fingers. In the bathroom, the toilet flush button was also stained with fingers from past guests, this is not pleasant as much as possible, the mirror is also dirty, but most of all the toilet paper half-finished from past guests killed, have you heard about hygiene in general?
08.08 there was also a bad cleaning in the room, nothing was cleaned, my husband drank coffee in the morning, the cup was dirty and no one paid attention to it at all, as it stood and stood. Of the cleaning, only the bed was made.
09.08 they didn't clean up at all, the reason is not clear, and I had no desire to go on vacation and find out.
10.08 a miracle happens, apparently the staff has changed, we have a clean room after cleaning, cleaner than when we checked in, and even little things appeared that were not there. That's how the situation turns out to change with good staff.
There are fresh newspapers in the recreation area at the entrance to the hotel every morning, which is very cool. The coffee at the bar is also awesome.
The spa could not be used, it did not work.

In general, everything is at a good level. The little things always fail. There is a kettle in the room, but there was no tea/coffee. Bathrobes are available on request. They brought a bed for the child after our check-in, although we checked in in the evening. It is a good option to spend the night, you will not be able to get from traveling in this hotel.

5-minute walk away is a large shopping center Castle with a hypermarket of Corona food. There are two disadvantages. The queue moves slowly at the reception when checking in. The SPA area for such a hotel is small.The hamam is weak.The sauna is nice, but very small. I have to stand in line.

I rented a 2-bed standard room for 16 thousand (room 801).
It was the first time I was in a hotel where there is no refrigerator in the room. The second huge disadvantage is the divorce. We chose this hotel because of the SPA prefix, it was indicated on the website that the SPA area has been open since 07.07, we checked in on 08.07 and they tell us at the reception that the spa area opens from 12.07.
Well, you know guys, this is complete misinformation of the consumer - I'm waiting for a partial refund for the room.

We came to the spa on Friday evening, the entrance ticket is sold, there are no lockers to change, why didn't we warn you? There's hair in the pool, the mosaic falls off in the steam rooms, I wanted to leave right away, if there wasn't a child who really wanted to swim, they would have left right away. Definitely not coming back, plus at the reception Madame, who did not know about the service and communication with guests. To tear your butt off a chair to open a glass cabinet and sell swimming goggles with a dissatisfied expression is the ultimate achievement!

When booking one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, be sure that you will be denied an extra blanket and pillow. They are in the closet, but without a pillowcase and a duvet cover. You have to pay for them separately, as in the reserved seat of an 82-year-old car.

There was a super hotel about 10 years ago. We fought with colleagues for the opportunity to live in it. Now they have noticeably passed. They are trying to keep up the gloss, but it is clear that the Room stock is exhausted. Obviously, they will close for major repairs soon. Minor breakdowns are patched up somehow.
However, the location is excellent.
The rooms are clean.
The breakfast is delicious and varied.
The rooms have centralized air conditioning with ventilation, and it works great!
Tip, excuse the rooms with a view of Pobediteley Avenue. Floor 5-6 the view in the morning is wonderful.
I take off one star only for the colorful handles on the windows and the blackened sealant in the bathroom.

We had a family vacation of 4 people, two rooms next to each other on the 10th floor, windows overlooking the river! The view is incomparable 🤩
The rooms are new, very spacious from 25 sq.m., quite clean for 4 with a minus.
We are happy with the choice of the hotel, but apparently because of the pandemic, the hotel is so impoverished that it cannot afford to maintain 4* conditions, there is nothing in the rooms except a huge amount of alcohol in the minibar, and it is suggested to drink it all from the neck, to our request to give glasses for water (there is no free) and cups for tea, they replied that they did not give dishes to the room, I had to go to the nearest supermarket and buy: glasses, cups, tea, coffee, sugar, slippers, shampoo and even a kettle (the room was broken). Fortunately, we were in a car and could take this stuff home, and in another case we would have to give it to the negligent owners of the hotel.
The girls at the reception are poor, I imagine they listen to guests all day long.
I am grateful to them for their sympathy and concern.

A great hotel.
We booked it as part of an excursion tour of Belarus. The rooms are comfortable (in particular, one-room, with a double bed). TV, kettle, refrigerator, bathroom combined with a bathroom, air conditioning, safe, ... everything you need to stay there. The bed is very comfortable, mattress, pillows, sleep very well. Ironing, cleaning things - no problem, the service is provided.
Breakfast is a buffet. The choice is very large, for every taste.
There is a bar at the reception, to sit and drink coffee or something stronger - soft comfortable sofas and armchairs.
The hotel has a spa and a swimming pool... But we were unlucky, the water treatments were not visited, due to prevention.
The next trip is to Minsk, definitely here.
