The crew was so supportive, polite and smiling, they are very very helpful , treating the customer with respect and kindness, quick response, clean rooms , great service, if there is more than 5 stars i will add , highly recommended to the hotel

The hotel is truly magnificent. The location is very close to Red Square. Cleaning is done every day and is very good. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Also, everyone working at the reception is smiling and friendly. Special thanks to Vladislav. He helped us a lot during our stay. He was respectful, helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect, thank you ❤️
