We visited this place on the advice of friends. The food is very tasty, salads, snacks and hot dishes were just a combination. Separately, respect to the hookah man, a very good guy, does his job at the highest level. The atmosphere was very beautiful and pleasant. But the service leaves much to be desired. We hardly saw the waiter, we had to constantly call him. We waited for drinks for 30 minutes. After that, no one brought us drinks until I went to the bar myself. They asked us to turn off the air conditioner that was above us, because the guys were hot, but the waiter of the three requests never heard us. Bottom line, we liked everything except the service. I don't know why they took 20% of the service fee when it just wasn't there. This is taking into account the fact that there were practically no people. As a sign of apology, we were given a one-time discount card, but it is unlikely that we will need it, since if we visit this place again, it will only be because of the delicious food.

Yesterday we were with the children to celebrate my wife's birthday. We ordered food, but I found a very long hair, called the waiter and handed it over, he said it was from the cleaner and you know what? none of the staff came up to me to apologize and offer me a substitute. It's okay, when I booked a place, I repeated three times so that they would come up to us with cakes, as they do in normal establishments, BUT ena is also a zero reaction. The bill came out 476,000 soums, when I gave 500,000, the waiter brazenly looks at and says goodbye... I didn't meet such arrogance anywhere, I honestly wasn't going to leave a tip after that, since my appetite was already spoiled.
In general, the place is super, the interior is simple and wonderful, BUT the staff and service still require a lot of work. I don't recommend this place to anyone else.

I will definitely choose Villa Brasserie! I will say this, there are very few 5 stars here, I would put 10 stars. There are always interesting children's workshops on Sundays, the show programs are cool. There is a playground with a babysitter. Soulful music. Delicious food, children's menu. I really like homemade veal. Polite staff. Here you can safely celebrate children's birthdays.

Dropped by quite by accident, to have dinner. And I have never regretted it. The service is at the highest level, everything is very fast, clean and high quality. The food is awesome. We ordered beef medallions and tender beef with mashed potatoes and a couple of salads. For the first time in my life, we ate everything we ordered. The prices are quite inexpensive. There are no complaints. I advise everyone. Super!

That is, the children got mad in their own way on the playground, my husband and I in our own way on the dance floor)))). The cuisine is simply delicious, the portions are large, everything is fresh. One of the few establishments in Tashkent with an adequate price/gastronomy/service/interior ratio.
The inadequate volume level from the dance floor is a little annoying - it is impossible to talk at the table.
Otherwise, it is a good all-in-one place where you can stop and eat, and drink beer, and drink cocktails at the bar, and dance (rather for pop lovers). And besides, with children for whom there is a supervised play area.
I definitely recommend it. We visit every week.

Your administrator behaved very rudely, claiming that there could be no mistake, although we showed all the calls. Nowhere in the restaurant does they ask for this unless it's a corporate event. Then, without really explaining, she began to assert about the deposit and the additional payment for the program.
